Just getting started with the app, but it looks promising. I needed some help and they were fast to respond and solve an issue that I brought up. They seem very helpful and friendly. Recommend!

So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative. At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!! So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier. Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team

I had an excellent experience using this tool. The support provided by the team was outstanding and greatly appreciated. During testing in my development environment, I found that the tool's functionality worked flawlessly without necessitating any code changes, which significantly streamlined the implementation process.

I had a couple of questions and Mia was able to answer them and provide assistance quickly. The app is everything I have been looking for to simplify customer chats, frequently asked questions, claims, etc. It is fast, customizable and the support is 100% invested in quickly getting you help when you need it. I have searched for the perfect app for the right price for about two years now and wish I had found Moose quicker.

I have only just started using the Helpdesk so we've still a few things to setup, but so far it's been a perfect experience. The customer service is exceptional, really attentive and quick. You can tell that the app still needs some tweaking so we can customise certain things, but as an out of the box help centre, it's brilliant.

So far installed the app. Mina popped up and gave excellent customer service. I will evaluate further and super grateful for the Earlybird access. I am looking forward to this integration

Excellent app, Mina was the best and helped us fix some minor issues, but still, their reactivity, efficiency & empathy were much appreciated!! <3 If you need Helpdesk articles & live chat, you need MooseDesk , and I recommend it especially for their topnotch support that is always there to advise & help you even for customization! Love it so far & we will definetly keep it on our shop!

We started looking for a sort of all in one inbound chat and customer support ticketing system - and BAM! There was Moosedesk standing by to solve most of what we were looking for. We haven't yet migrated completely to MD. It will be a bit of work and training getting all of our people up to speed with the new (and better) solutions, but it will be worth it.

Een zeer complete app met goede support afdeling. De app is nog volop in ontwikkeling en zal alleen nog maar beter en completer worden.

Super application les fonctionnalités sont larges et vraiment optimales. Haut début on cherche un peu mais au final c'est plutôt simple en plus il y a un tchat d'aide à disposition. Nombre de questions illimitées pour la FAQ.Il ya d'autre fonctionnalité top. Et le Gros Plus c'est que cette appli est Gratuite ! ça fait toute la différence. Je recommande
