I’m really happy with MIDA! It’s super easy to use and has been a game-changer for figuring out how people are moving around my website. The session recordings and heatmaps are great – I can see exactly where customers are dropping off or completing purchases, which makes fixing things so much easier. I also love that it’s GDPR-compliant and works with multiple stores. The setup was quick, and the customer support team is awesome – they’re super responsive and keep improving the app with new updates. Since I started using it, I've seen fewer people bouncing off the site and more completed checkouts. Definitely recommend this app if you’re looking to understand your customers better and make your site work even smoother!

It's a great app. The free tier is generous and better than alternatives like MS Clarity. The paid tiers are amazing value compared to paid alternatives too.

So far, I LOVE this app. The ease of setting it up and customer service is great. I feel like a super secret spy in my own business (cue 007 music). I have another heat map on my other business site and what I like about this one is that it keeps tracks of repeat visitors by number (for me I'm #1-so I'll know when the map is link to me making tweaks on my site). and whose added to cart and their journey that moves them through my funnel and what stops them. I check this app a few times a day and think about how to make my site better for the customer experience and journey.

Easy to set up app. Very good customer support. So far using the free version and it has more restriction than others but I will take advantage of the 7 Days trial to test more advanced fonction. Good easy tool definetly to be considered.
