So far, so good! I installed this map for the Heatmap functionality and it's already proving useful for figuring out ways to tweak my pages. The backend is easy to use and I really appreciated the 15 minute orientation call. I didn't know that it also had chat and polling functionality, which are two useful features that I had planned on adding later.

I migrated away from HotJar on the advice of a colleague who is in the same business space as I am, and I am very happy I did. For my purposes, LuckyOrange has been a huge help in analyzing exactly what is happening in my Shopify store, both from a customer experience perspective, and a store management perspective. I haven't even used all of the capabilities yet, such as Chat and HeatMaps, but I plan to dive into that very soon. Above everything else, the support has been outstanding. I am a small shop in a very large world of drop-shipping, and it is a very dense business space. It would be very easy for an application provider to just miss, or even dismiss me, as there are others out there creating more revenue than I am right now. I spent 33 years in the Enterprise IT arena as an App Developer (we were called Programmers back then...uh oh...dating myself), a Technician, an IT Manager for a multi-billion $$ Healthcare Provider, a Consultant, and a Solutions Architect designing systems for SMB, and Enterprise level businesses, and I am well-aware of what great support is, and what not-so-great support is. LuckyOrange is absolutely in the former category, and I hope as they grow they stay that way. As long as they do they will have my business. Count on it. The customer service went above and beyond what I would have expected. I had an issue with visitors going to product listing that had mistakenly been deleted and google was sending them there as if the products were available and wasting our ads money. I wanted to track when this happens so that my team would know in the future and be able to stop it. There didn't exist a ready answer for this but Lucky Orange's customer service staff, namely Bradley and Joel, customized a solution for me that was exactly what I was hoping for. So amazing. I've used tools many years ago that tried to do something similar (clicktale) but I think they've gotten the user interface really close to perfect. Big fan of this-- gives you perfect visibility of what your customers are running into when they have problems/confusions/etc.

Took time to get customer service to respond. They stated they sent emails but I never received any (checked my spam folders as well) and my calls were not answered nor returned. After leaving a bad review I received a phone call immediately! The issue is finally fixed! App works well but there are times when the tracking is a bit off.

This is awesome. It is easy to install and intuitive to use. It gives you granular details about the profiles of viewers on your website - location, device used, operating system etc. which is very useful for segmentation purposes. The replay of browsing behaviour gives valuable feedback about how people are using your website. Definitely worth installing to see what you get and take advantage of the free trial period. You can then decide if you keep on with a subscription. After 1 day's usage I am convinced that it is an essential app to have.

This is actually such a useful and insightful app! No matter what stage of business you are at you will learn and benefit from analyzing your customers activities. 7 day free trial is worth testing it out, you can gain a lot of data from those 7 days at the very least! I tried other chat programs and they usually worked okay but were expensive and one-featured or didn't work well on phones. Lucky Orange had great stats and control so I kept them. When I went to pay up for a subscription, there was a snag because i had two accounts. Justin in their chat popped up and asked to help. Boy did he! Couldn't have doen it correctly wihtout him. All in all they have a great program and equally great customer service. It has helped me snag a couple of sales I would not have had, so I feel it is worth the investment. Mike.
