Extremely helpful in knowing where to focus on redesigning your website; no point in redesigning things people never see, and this is a great way to see where people stop, or continue.

i used this app, i was only able to see my product page recording, not cart page, shipping page, payment page, i didn't know about it, until i saw one video on youtube, they were able to see everything ( ofcourse not customers info ), disappointed :(

The Lucky Orange app is a must for every merchant. The customer behaviour feedback is so valuable. Plus it has live chat built in which is what I was originally looking for when I found Lucky Orange. I had a few problems combining my 2 stores onto the one Lucky Orange account. The support I received from Justin at LO was superb. He went way over and above what I asked him to fix. It is so reassuring when you get service like that. Highly recommend this app.

It's only my 4th day of using it and I'm loving it already. I highly recommend this app. It helps on figuring out what needs improvement to improve conversion. Seeing live customer activity on your site is awesome enough, but they have more features to it, like the reports and some other cool features. I had help from one of their supports Justin called me on Skype and made sure I was educated about what I can do within the app. Great app, great support! Get it now, this is awesome!

App is amazing for that great data that it collects and really helps you boost your e-com business. The support with the agents is fast and really helps you out with any issues.

Such a fabulous app. I can kick myself for waiting for so long to use it. But more than that the customer service is top class. I love also that you can schedule a 1:1 with someone to go through the app if a bit overwhelmed with all the features. Don't waste time like I did. There is NOTHING better out there.

10/16/2018 > Great idea for an app, currently testing the app, the interface looks simple, the results matching Google Analytics which is great but with better and user friendly interface, outstanding customer and technical support from Bradley. 11/21/2018 > This App is beyond great, the live views, chat, recordings, polls, co-browsing, and Heatmaps, I used it all, I am able to customize customer behavior and adding tags and alerts based on the customer experience, I was able to know what cause the customer to bounce after reaching a certain page like 404 page not found, I was also able to teach the customers how to use how to use the website correctly ( Like hover on images to zoom ) with an interactive questions using the polls, planning to use exit intent poll next to show a customer that added an item to the cart and plans to leave the website a coupon code.

Lucky Orange is amazing! I tried another app, Hindsight, and Lucky Orange is far superior in terms of functionality and data. LO's customer service is also amazing. They offer an intro 1:1 consulting and it is SO HELPFUL to understand what the tool is capable of right off the bat, so you're not wasting too much time catching up/pieces things together. I feel very supported by the LO team and highly recommend them.

Absolutely love it and I install it in all my stores as soon as we start. It's an indispensable tool to catch out any issues on your store, or to see what people might be trying to find that you are missing. The only downside is that watching traffic is addictive! :)

I started using this app to see how user friendly my website is. soon this app became my saviour. i learned how the customer was using the website and things i could do to improve it for a better ROI. i really like this app and im pretty addicted to it now. I use this app to help me learn how clients use my website and to see if there are navigation problems. You NEED this app if you have a website. PERIOD! Get this. I own YOLOtek.com and this app allows me to see an actual recording of my last 200 visitors, so I can see if the move quickly to purchase or what is holding them back. Can't tell you how many times I find mistakes on our website that i only see when watching recordings. This app is CRAZY COOL and super cheap! Get it now!

This app is brilliant I've used this on multiple stores / websites. Very useful to find out what is working and what is not on your store. This is the best app that i have ever used to see what the problem is on my store and what problems my customer have during their purchase. A must-have app I can highly recommend it. You will see everything as your customer sees and what problems he has. The biggest issue i see was the apps with pop up. Every time they see this they not find where to close it and leave the store. Without this app you will never know this. For me the best app that i have ever tried out on Shopify and bring me the most conversion rate because i eliminate the issues after seeing them. 5 Stars from me!!!

Great software to learn more about your customer's behavior. Also they have great customer support. Shout out to Justin! Highly recommend for any business, especially eComm stores. 10/10

Bad experience with the app. 1) Did no warning on the app's trial expiry and was logged out of the dashboard 2) Prices are not transparent. Asked to subscribe with the 20/month plan on the "logged out dashboard" when instead of offering the 10/month plan. Hope that you guys can be transparent with your pricing. While i understand that a revenue boost with such a trick adds to the bottom line, it is uncalled for, unprofessional, and definitely not the right way to do business. If a company has page views/ month that falls in the 10/month plan, then they will be paying 2X the price. Disappointed with such service.

This app is extremely good. I was looking for a heatmap sort of app and I came across Lucky Orange and I'm so glad I did. I'm still using the free trial version but I'll definitely continue my plan. Using this app I understood why my visitors aren't converting.

Awesome! the recordings are very very very helpful I recovered 5 lost sales with this APP I strongly recommend it to all of you who are running an e-commerce store.

One a first attempt at looking at the app, I didn't quite know how to navigate this app. Within five minutes of speaking with customer service, I had a good knowledge of the app and am excited to see how this app will help me understand how customers are using our site. Incredible customer service.
