OMG-I LOVE this app! It is definitely worth trying out and you won't be disappointed. I've tried a few apps but this is the best by far. If you decide to pay for it after the trial, it is well worth the money. I'm still working out the kinks on my site and this has definitely helped me pinpoint problem areas with my traffic.

I've used many apps, but Lucky Orange is hands down the most useful one on the market. It provides you so much important information you otherwise would not have. 100% recommend to any shop owner.

This app is awesome. It is really helpful for monitoring customer activity, both live and recorded from the past. Very easy to use. This app is very useful. I highly recommend it trying it out. I found it to be well worth the $10 monthly fee.

A must have App for anyone looking get detailed analytics on customer behaviour on their store. Being able to view in real-time how visitors are interacting with your site is a super awesome feature within lucky orange!

AH-MAZING! I installed this app about three weeks ago, and it has already helped me to save over $300 in sales (which clearly paid for the $10). The fact that it can record what my customers are doing has helped me understand their problems and allowed me to fix it when they either contact me, or when I see a sale lost. So far by watching the videos, I've changed several things on my site that I didn't even know was an issue because on my screen it always displays fine. In short you will NOT regret spending the small amount of money for this incredible app. Please you get to feel like God watching your customers lives on your site :-)

I used Lucky Orange on my previous website which was not a Shopify site. It is extraordinarily helpful to see where customers are in real time and to jump in if they need help. The live chat service definitely made me quite a few sales. Don't hesitate to add it!

I must say being in Australia I have found the online help to be pathetic due to time zone related issues. However Lucky Orange has saved me in that I am new to this game and still trying to figure things out. Through information on recordings I have been able to identify issues that otherwise would not have been eg broken links when I updated my site. I have also identified a trend of people jumping to one collection of my site and never appearing interested in buying from this collection - this enabled me to do detective work in a different area which has resolved significant issues with my online advertising - so Hopefully Lucky Orange will be paid for within a few months of this error being resolved!

Great app. So much information. No hassle to install. Totally addictive. Could easily be turned into a computer game betting on your customers to make a purchase. Way too much fun for an awesome analytics tool.

App is great gives you insight on whats going on with your site. I haven't even begun to use chat but may in the future. I am all about analytics . Still exploring but I can see the value in this app. Must have

Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!

We LOVE Lucky Orange! A fabulous tool to interact in real time with our customers which minimizes incoming emails to our info account. The heat maps and conversion tools are helpful to track customers and see where they are getting lost/confused. Or to see why they abandon their cart. Overall a fantastic App and we would highly recommend it.

Lucky Orange is the easiest way I have come across to set up click tracking/heatmaps, polls and chat. Before, this took 3 different apps, so I really appreciate the streamlining effect this has had on my workflow. The app has outstanding visual design, loads very fast and has been glitch free so far. Plus they have been really responsive to my questions and feedback. I am sold.

I would recommend this to EVERY shopify store owner. You CANNOT get the same features all packed into one app ANYWHERE. Lucky Orange is great! You get more detailed information than just using Google Analytics, including being able to see your customers navigate around your site. We also love the Live Chat feature which allows us to interact directly with customers while they are browsing the site and help answer any questions they have. We have already gotten several additional sales by helping customers through the Live Chat feature! I would highly recommend Lucky Orange to anyone who wants more information on how their customers shop!

Great app I can't say enough good things about Lucky Orange. Easy to install lots of features, I like seeing what the customers are looking at live and the heat maps are nice. Also like like that it records each visit. Lucky Orange is just flat out great!
