Still figuring out how to use the app - but excellent customer service.

Incredibly AWESOME app! Thank you soooo much! I found heaps of areas where my customers were confused, which caused them to abandon their carts and not follow through. My abandonment rate now is next to nothing.

This app is the kind of app you don't want to pay but have to do it anyways, why because its more than expected, I'm so happy with it. I just fixed 5 errors my website had which i did not know. I read the description, read through the reviews (good and bad) and decided a trial wouldn't hurt. I ended up signing up as I thought $10 entry was very affordable. I hate how I sit here for hours watching people come and not buy anything. I have watched this app since I joined Shopify nine months ago. I'm glad to see it continue to grow and get to the point where I need it. I've started implemented things to help keep customers on my site. My only complaint as "live" must be delayed or I really have a lot of customers who show up and leave... TL:DR - It works as advertised. I haven't tried chat. I do know that some of the referrals and ads are confusing/wrong, but it tells me facebook, bing, or google.

I'd say this is the most useful app available through the Shopify app store. If you want to know how visitors react and engage with your site (which everyone with an e-commerce site should), then this is a must-have.

As others have said reports are unreliable/ Data doesn't match google analytics, FB analytics or Shopify. Other review must be paid for.... look through the pages.... Edit: Customer support contacted me today asking me if there was anything they could do. I'm working with them to fix the above issues and will edit my review according to what happens.

Very pretty app. Doesn't work, but it looks great. I used LO for 3 weeks, during which time it never reported reliable data. For example, LO consistently reported that I had a conversion rate of at least 150%. In other words, for every 2 people who put an item in their cart, 3 people checked out! Awesome! Other data was also consistently off and never matched Shopify's or Google Analytics' I worked with LO and Shopify tech support on these issues. Shopify said the problem was definitely on LO's side, and LO eventually just gave up without even a "sorry, we couldn't fix it" email from them. Beautiful app with meaningless data and ineffective support. Not impressed.

Very promising tool for an affordable budget. Live chat for assistance also works very fast and the agent was able to anwser all my queries. Happy with the analytics and recording that will defintely help me improving the conversion rate of our webshop www.wijnenlacascina.be

Just started the site and we really love the ability it gives us to understand our visitors. We were able to see where some of our visitors fell off and are working on solutions to increase our cart sales. Great app!

Very useful for seeing how users use

I have installed this app a few days ago. I am now getting insights as to where customers are confused on the site. I have already noticed a few things that I need to change in order to keep customers happy. I would recommend this app to every webstore out there.

Absolutely superb app. the heat maps option is not only addictive but very useful. If you are looking for a way to track your customers habbits and clicks then this is the app you should have installed. We have integrated it into Bikini Luxe and really love its fluidity. Also it is a steal at its price because of the live chat option. This normally costs a lot more from other apps, is not as fluid and does not have all the options that lucky orange has. Something worth being noted is that the number of customers you have will not be the same as Google analytics because of the way that things are tracked. But overall well well worth the price. Short version: Wow! Best tool EVER! Gain huge insight into your site and your customers. Long version: I don't know where to start, so I will run through the top menu bar. Dashboard - awesome. Tremendous overview of site activity, over time and in real time. Live Visitors - watch and learn and engage. I've caught numerous issues with our site just by keeping an eye on visitors. Love how time on page is there and you see when activity falls off. Even better, when I see a repeat visitor, I can watch and ask to chat I want. Recordings - amazing. Playback what happens on your site when you are not watching. See what people do on each page. Chat - that blinking light grabs attention. We get WAY more chats now - better customer service. Worth it for Chat alone except you get all of this other great info. Heat Maps - very informative. We've made changes to our product page and now more people are seeing the extra photos we went to great expense to get. Never knew! Polls - so simple, so helpful. The results are now guiding our product development. We found a huge percentage of our customers want smaller and taller product but with the same capacity. UPDATE: new and improved polling feature now lets you ask multi-question polls. Very slick! Form Analytics - have not used yet. Support is quick and helpful so you can get the most out of the app.

I have contacted lucky orange multiple times, with 0 resolutions nor responses for well over 3 weeks now. I am extremely displeased after paying for my membership.

App has some bugs to fix. no good customer support. Doesn't have much willingness to fulfill or fix issues customer has.

The best app I use! It's the first thing I open when I am sitting at my desk. I have seen where customers are exiting, and can fix issues before people ask! It's the best.

this app is THE one you never knew you needed until you have it installed - and then you don't know how you lived without it. within the first two minutes of using it, and looking at the recordings of my visitors - i could tell where they were confused, what made sense, and what didn't. seeing that was and is invaluable. you won't regret it - the insights will lead you to a better business.

If you haven't heard of Lucky Orange or used it before you have no idea what you are missing out on. Forget all the extra bells and whistles they give you (which are amazing) the core process here is watching video recordings of what exactly your customers did on your website. What did the customer type? What pages did they go to? Where did they pause? Where did they get confused? Why is there an unknown bug on a certain page you never noticed before that is the sole reason people are not converting? These questions are all answered and more. Imagine the first time someone told you about "screen sharing" and that you can share your screen with someone, it was mind blowing. Well install Lucky Orange, listen for the doorbell sound when your visitors come, watch them live on your website, or go into the recordings and watch ANY visitor and exactly what happened on your website. I promise you to be mind blown again and get addicted to it. It's bringing the "security camera" + seemingly impossible analytics to your online store. Lucky Orange simply rocked the whole app industry with this one. Any store that wants to survive should front the $10 for this app, the data is simply too important to not have, it's invaluable.

Well, imagine those same analytics with far more robust information, and then actual recordings of website visitors—mouse movements, clicks, pauses, everything. That's what you get with Lucky Orange. LO gives you the most detailed information possible—whereas Google Analytics only shows you referring domains, LO shows actual pages, so you can see in an instant where each visitor is coming from. You can follow each visitor through your site in real time, or just click to see a sequential list of pages they've visited. The $10/month would be the best $10 you'd ever spend in the app store, even if it was just the amazing user recordings and realtime analytics. But there's also a chat engine and a bunch of other goodies thrown in to boot. I really can't recommend this highly enough. My only caveat is that you have to set aside time to watch the recordings—they are so useful, so informative.....and so addictive.
