Great app.....But even better service from the team. Had a couple of hiccups early on, but probably down to user error. Is quite an amazing tool, and what an insight into customer behavior. We become a virtual fly on the wall watching as our site is viewed which is quite amazing, and the information you gather is invaluable in being able to tweak obvious mistakes, and don't forget the live chat. Incredible.

This app has helped me have a better chance at understanding what is going on when people view my store. I highly recommend this app especially if you're not sure what people are viewing or how they are utilizing your page for shopping. This is in my top 5 apps for usage on Shopify.

This app worked perfectly right out of the box. I didn’t have to do any set-up; it was immediately clear how to do things. I use it for the customer screen recordings: seeing how customers navigate through your store provides excellent UX feedback. Well worth the small monthly fee. Good support as well.

To the many shop owners unsatisfied with conversion who post questions in forums asking for advice, this app may be the only advice you need.

UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and refunded me from the charge that was made in error. I was impressed with their response. I'm giving them another chance and the app is working well on my site now. --------- I had the app on my site and had problems with it. so I had to delete the app and reinstall it. Got charged more than once and never got a refund. Just tried adding it to my new site and it didn't work. Just deleted it. Not going to reinstall it again or I'll probably get charged again.

Must have app for people who takes their shopify serious

This app is amazing. Having just launched a store, we are able to see how our visitors move around the site, what they seem to be looking for, and what they are doing when they leave. This helps us fix the weak areas of our site to retain more visitors and convert sales. I also love that it shows so many stats such as browser type, device type, location, referral source, if they added something to the cart, where they are located, and what products they looked at.

We really recommend this app to those who want to know what is going on in their shop 24/7. The support is super quick The app is very stable and no bugs observed The support team helps very fast and leaves you with a great feeling 5 start all the way !!

This app is amazing. It's like having unlimited usability tests with real humans.. For $10/month. The insights are very revealing, the software is pretty easy to use, and the setup is a cinch. Fantastic app, definitely helps to increase conversions and is a no-brainer, give it a try for at least a few weeks and you will learn a lot. Great app!

I am four days into my trial and this app has shown me so many ways my store is falling down when customers visit - this app is worth it's weight in gold and great value for money. You could pay the same just for a decent chat let alone all the the insights it gives you! Good idea! but the support customer is very slow. They said free 7 days but when I paid, they didn't plus 7 free days??? when I deleced app, I have to pay for it. Install again, pay again...stupid app.

Phenomenal app. It's a definite must have if you want to know what elements on your website work and what don't.
