Great app but seems buggy at times but they are always working to improve the app. They just need to release a mobile app to keep track of things on the road and to take online chats with you.

This is one of my favorite apps. It really shows what customers are thinking and helped me move some things around. Great customer service too.

I've been using Lucky Orange for over a year. It has many useful features and their customer service is prompt and effective. I have recommended it to friends.

What a joke!!! To be honest I think its feature is nice but the so called 'you CAN start it at 10USD' is super cheating message. It is actually limited to Shopify Plus user. So for those which is not, you can have any Recording from A-Z. You just see something on the Thank You page. This is very bad and so confusing message on their site even. VERY BAD!!!!

I never run a site without Luckyorange. You need to know your customer activity to make a crucial decision for your business and Lucky Orange is the tool that you need.

Definitely my favourite app on shopify. So helpful!! Provides a tonne of insights for shop owners and it's interesting to compare Shopify, Google Analytics and Lucky Orange stats! Can be some noticeable variations based on the way they capture info. I probably trust Lucky Orange the most out of the three since they're not trying to sell themselves in tandem with their service. The only thing I'd ask for is a more attractive contact/away form. Atm it's grey and very basic looking. Would be great to be able to customise the look to match the site. Everything otherwise is A++++! Great work guys!

Awesome app! Not only can you glean great insights from session recordings, but it comes with heatmaps and click maps. Recommend for any and every store.

Don't know how you could live without this app. It gives very detailed information on where your traffic is coming from. It's easy to use and has way more features than I can mention here. Definitely recommend. Been using close to a year now.

Such an insightful app - shows you in the stats you need in bite size chunks which is much more easy to read and interpret than the enormity of Google Analytics. It's great seeing how users interact with your sight first hand - eliminates a lot of guessing. The only bit (that isn't actually Lucky Orange's fault) is that you need to be on the Shopify Plus plan in order to watch recordings of what happens beyond the Cart page - but this is because Shopify takes the customer out of your site and into theirs for this stage, so Lucky Orange can't track again until someone orders and they are back on your website. Customer service has been excellent as well, Josh and Bradley have gotten straight back to me with any help I needed. Highly recommend.

Does what it says. They are adding new features all the time. Great support and easy to use interface.

This is an amazing app for understanding what your customers are doing when they visit the site. The heat-maps are really clear and track your visitors on their actual landing page, even on a mobile device. Add on the ability to watch your visitors live and trigger a chat message with them, offering them help much like a sales assistant would do in a traditional store is a game-changer. My only feature request is to add the ability to deal with chat requests via push notification to a mobile device, rather than having to be logged in via a browser. I understand this is coming soon as Lucky Orange are working on a mobile app. Fantastic software, installed without having to do anything and works incredibly well for a low, low price. 5 stars!

Incredibly useful app. Lucky Orange lets you see all your visitor's movements and provides the most accurate business intelligence that will allow you to make decisions in the future. I'm not a technical person and I still have a lot to explore as far as this app's functions but I'm very happy with it. Great value for money too.

Fantastic app and unlike Google analytics, this is bang up-to-date. No delay of 8/9 minutes before giving data. Incredibly accurate and a must for anyone wanting to learn more about their visitor behaviour.

This is an excellent app, which gives us a great indication of where customers are coming from and what they are doing on our site. The live recordings are pretty cool but the Heatmaps never seem to work for me. Spoke to support and they were pretty helpful and are currently looking into the issue. The issue seems to be a template compatibility issue.
