Implementierung war super einfach in Shopify. Lucky orange hilft mir, das Verhalten der Kunden die meine Webseite besuchen besser zu verstehen. Nun hoffe ich bald besser Conversions zu haben mit den neuen erlangten insights. Auch sympathisch, dass sie ein Gratisversion anbieten. Somit kann man die App einfach testen und auch als Kleinunternehmen kostengünstig Daten generieren/visualisieren.

This App is very good, I can easily track visitors. And this is very helpful to find if there's any bugs or issue while customer visits the site

Fast and efficient customer service. Product is great tracking your customer and seeing the funnel work. Still at the early stage but reviewing my traffic has given me insight on what to improve on the website.

Really useful app and some cool features. What's also great is that it comes with a free trial as well as a free plan.

Downloaded this app and this SLOWED DOWN our entire store. Making matter worse, we already paid the premium version for 1 year, and they are not replying about a refund. This app took thousands of dollars from us! We will be contacting shopify for further escalation if we dont hear back from the app developer.

Able to view customer behavior individually and as a whole. The app has many unique features which makes it easy to gather customer data. The heatmap feature has many options and is incrediably useful.
