Excellent app to understand your customer tracking !

very good and helped me know how to improve my store according to how my customers view it

I really like the 'live notifications, the main reason for getting the app. So far so good but when using the 'watch' feature, sometimes it cuts off halfway though and says 'something changed' I"m getting lots of adds to carts but not a lot of sales and I am using the app to try to see what the issue is! But I like the app, its well worth trialling it to see if its for you other than than, I like the live notifications

Emila was great in showing me around, her enthusiasm and sales skills were excellent, she took time, listened and dint cut me off when we ran over time. Thank you. I'm yet to see the benefit of Lucky Orange from my few days using it; at the moment I have too many aspects that aren't working as I would expect. I will keep going for a little longer before deciding if I commit to it. I like the idea, just not convinced it works in the real world as well as the developers think.

I have been using Lucky Orange for a while now. It is a great tool to use, and it helps you to improve your website by seeing issues that can help you improve your site.

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier. So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Application with a fairly functional interface

A brilliant app. Really helpful for finding out buyer journeys and have used this to improve my website for customers. I would really recommend.

Super friendly UI, easy to understand and use. Really helpful support with great attention to detail. My team were looking for a way to find out our customers journey through the website, to understand what may be working and what may not, this enables us to identify much easier! Recordings of where they click and the heatmaps are amazing, looking forward to what we can do with this app.

Right now really like it. So much smoother and fun then all other aps I first tested before testing this.

One word. Amazing app

Not sure what's happening with Lucky Orange but they stopped responding from the support line, the support feature doesn't work, and we've had countless issues with recording not loading or showing. Since the beginning the recording / replay feature has been spotty, but we lived with it. Switching to a new app.

It's a fantastic app for getting to grips with user behaviour on your website. The heatmap and replay functions are really useful to gauge what you are doing well/could be doing better. As a newbie to Shopify, it has helped me to look back and see what I need to do better in the future. It also lets you do surveys of your visitors, which is a feature I am really into at the moment, with the kind help and patience from Emilia at Lucky Orange.

Easy install. In a few minutes you can see recordings already. With Shopify and GA4 events directly visible. Good app.
