Good app. Free plan really. I see all the visitor actually do on my website. Free plan is enough for anyone to begin anh analysis the product in the beginning.

This app is truly amazing. It's been a game changer in terms of reviewing for conversion. It takes the guesswork out of determining what's not working. Can't wait until our company can move from the free plan to the paid plan to explore more features.

I must say that this app is Excellent!! So many features that I did not know were part of the app. It's a great way for me to improve my customer experience when visiting my Shopify store.

Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.

Love this app, must use if you're serious about conversion rate optimization and finding conversion issues on your store. Really allows you to understand your sites users better.

To say this was a game changer would the understatement of the year. We quickly realized where our conversion weaknesses were and created a strategy for three different types of sessions that we were seeing. The info was positively invaluable and we are currently overhauling several aspects of the site based on this data which we believe will have a positive impact on conversion. The user experience is so simple and intuitive for novices, as well. It was a snap to learn. Highly highly recommend.

Lucky Orange gives more insight on user behavior that leads to relevant changes. It makes it clear where a shopper is sticking and can see indecision almost in real-time.

Lucky orange is one of those apps that is essential to my store. I do not run and ads without it live because otherwise I cant see any points of friction my customer experiences. This app has saved me so much money on finding simple navigation errors or spelling mistakes that would otherwise deter potential customers. Highly recommend, it isnt even up for debate tbh. I just want to update my review: It says that I have been using this app for 3 days, when in reality ive been using it for months. I would not be where I am today without this app, I truly mean it. I ALWAYS find something I need to change, even when I proof read my website 5 times before launching an iteration. If you are wanting to know why your conversion rate may have tanked, or what you can do to get it better. Get this app right now.

I would most defiantly recommend Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay. Seeing first hand what my site visitors are clicking and not clicking on gives me data on how to improve my site. It shows me whats working and whats not working. Lucky Orange not only gives me that data, but also offers me ways to improve, communicate and offer promotions to site visitors as well. the customer service i had with emilia was the best. she reinvigorated me! lucky orange really is an eye opener and such a great tool to show where you need to improve your website! i love the chat, survey options, and visitors page! So happy to be using lucky orange! what a lifesaver.

Essential and worth it. I use their video recordings to improve my checkout experience and understand what about my customer experiences are working and what's not.

Multi-functional customer analytics app. I can see how my customers interact with the website, allowing me to change features around. What looks good vs. what IS good will always be two different things; this app allows that type of transparency. Implementation was easy. I was able to have it up and running within a couple of hours of just poking around. My only critique is I would like to dashboard's timezone to be adjustable. Overall absolutely solid and extremely helpful.

The app is good, but the support is bad, i am having wrong data going to different stores, i have been sending emails to the support team but there is no proper response. their live chat support also doesn't work 99.99% of time they are offline.
