The app is an absolute rip-off, it doesn't let you see your past visitors when you run out of viewer credit and forces you to upgrade to even see your old data... very disappointing

Great App, heatmap really interesting in order to know where people click. You can as well watch live your visitor and create custom events based on an action (ex: clicking a button) And support present ! :)

There is so much information within Lucky Orange that a couple of clicks through the app certainly do not do it justice. We are most excited to examine more closely the customer behavior online. The screen captured videos of every customer's experience on the website is very cool. It will enable us to target very specific areas of website communication that other wise we would not know. Great product!

Quite enjoy the app although I mostly use it to view visitor activity, which I've found very useful. I was able to observe and spot changes needed in my store.

We are just starting our 7 day trial and are very excited to get a glimpse into our customer, how they shop, what can help with our conversion and get a better picture for our reporting.

Heatmaps didn't work with country redirects, so not what we needed. I tried to contact support via chat about this, but no luck. When we canceled we thought we could continue to use recordings, but they terminated the account even though we had 2 weeks left, that we had payed for. Can't recommend this to anyone, and would recommend Microsoft Clarity that is FREE.

Emilia really helped me understand the functions of this powerful tool that allows me to understand how people are interacting with my site. I signed up because of a lot of buyers intent with minimal purchases. Even as I've resolved these issues, keeping my pulse to the user's experience is crucial to maximizing conversions.

Love the features that it provides. It's great for businesses. The onboarding meeting was very insightful.

As soon as I subscribed, I was contacted by their support via Zoom, for an easy onboarding process. It was a nice zoom talk.

Just started to use the app. It is very easy to install and overall I find this app very insightful. I scheduled one to one with Emilia. She was great at answering all my questions and also provided me with documentations.
