Jordan was really GREAT! One of the highlights of the meeting is that he helped me connect Lucky Orange through my shopify account. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me how beneficial it would be to my business.

We're currently undergoing a major overhaul on our website and were recommended to install Lucky Orange by our project manager. So far we've been happy with the app and the quick customer service response when we've had a question. In the first 2 weeks Lucky Orange has offered major insight into what was working and what wasn't on our homepage. We're looking forward to continuing to refine our website for higher conversion rates with Lucky Orange.

Hi, Faced problems installing it. When installed this does not work well. Heatmap does not show up. Waiting now for 10 days after my third ticket asking for support. I have tried this app twice - and the heatmap doesn't work. It fails every time it attempts to load. Not worth the money. The Vitals app has replays that actually work.

Emilia provided excellent on-boarding support. This app is a game changer for our store. I can track successful interactions against a specific campaign.

This is one of the most mind-blowingly useful apps I've ever seen! I can't believe everybody doesn't know about this!!! You can watch exactly what your customers are doing on the pages of your site, scrolling, zooming, whatever! If you spend some time watching the replays, you can make some extremely useful optimizations! What a game changer!!!!!!!!

Been using Lucky Orange for around two weeks now. It's great to see and understand how customers are interacting with our website. Justin was great in helping me understand this app's potential and I look forward to using it a great deal going forward. Definitely worth looking into if you're interested in seeing how others interact with your site.

I would highly recommend this app. Wonderful real time information about visitors to your store. Easy to use and understand. A great app.

Good app to review analytics, it's a necessity with e commerce these days. If your on the fence, there's no risk, lucky orange provides a free trial and the results that make you want to keep using their software.

It's a nice app where you can see how costumers interact with your store, and they have a free plan option as well.

My store is relatively new, just 3 weeks old. I went through many useful apps that would add value to my store, till I came into Lucky Orange Heatmaps app and without a doubt, this is most important app now on my store. Love it.

Great App. The insights are absolutely priceless to see the exact click- and page views from customers. We clearly identified issues with AddOns and where able to correct and improve (e.g. checkout). Must have for any Shopify user.

The app os far is very insightful. I have made changes to my website based on the interactions I've observed using Lucky Orange. Every bit helps with an online store. This app is another great tool.

I ended up REALLY liking this app a lot more than I thought I would. It seems like every time I'm on it there's some new feature I actually have always wanted. I even upgraded and pay for it and I almost NEVER do that!

The app is more than amazing in technical terms! Not only can you track visits, look at heatmaps, check flows and navigation paths, but you can also create surveys and start chats with users - all from one place. NOTE: I've changed this review, there was a mix up with some miscommunication from the team. I was very happy that they realized their mistake, fixed it, and went the extra mile to make things right with me.

So far, I feel that Lucky Orange is a great beginners tool to analyze data (such as heat maps) and improve your shop over time. Lucky Orange is definitely scalable and I am excited to see where it takes my shop.

Really like this app - amazing way to visualise user journeys and optimise as you go. Great support too.

We just added Lucky Orange to our Shopify account and it seems to be very user friendly and detailed. We need a reliable way to track our page views, traffic etc. in order to improve and update our site.
