So, I haven't actually finished fully integrating the app into my store, however, from what I can tell, the potential of what this app can do is far beyond the competition. I contacted the support team and Tristan gave me the most intelligent and effortful guidance. The only downside of this situation is my limited tech IQ. Anyone with a decent enough tech background would be off to the races with this app. I can write another review once I see this through and make my full attempt at integrating this app, but if there's one thing I appreciate it's intelligence, and the team at Locksmith seem to have it in spades. I probably need to look at their stock options.

Excellent app with an amazing support team! If we ever have any questions or run into a problem, their team is quick to get it taken care of.

Need to update the app every time we load a new lock to make it work correctly. Otherwise, does the job.

SUCH a great app! Love the functionality and love the customer service! We use it for multiple actions and every one works GREAT!

Avoid this app at all costs. We set it up and unfortunately it did not meet our needs. We disabled the app per their instructions and then deleted it. On our busiest shopping day of the year their app was still holding our collections hostage and I had to pay for a subscription to go in and shut it down. Beyond disappointed.

Forward compatible with things I didn't expect! My company started a relationship with a big B2C marketplace and, to my surprise, Locksmith is able to hide our non-public variants from the marketplace connector app! I am constantly surprised by how awesome Lightward is as a company, and their software is equally impressive. Locksmith is SO easy to use, requires almost no code, and really truly hides everything. I feel great about my product data security, especially after seeing how Locksmith interacts with other Shopify apps. Top notch.

The app will not download correctly. I have sent two emails to customer support with no answer to either. Anyone know any other apps that will work to lock collections?

This is by far THE BEST app EVER! I wish I would have found it sooner! It lets me control who can see what content based on customer tag. I was able to accomplish with my whole shop in just half an hour what I was trying to do with a $60 a month app that never worked correctly.

Let me ask a simple question.. you run into an issue during a client implementation, need support and reach out hoping the app developers respond. Well - my response was received within a day - highly detailed, highly accurate, and immediately functional. This is what you can expect from this great company! Hats off

If you want to show/hide specific pages for specific users, this application is really powerful. Its possible to build advanced rules based on basically any data you want. And the support is really good. I combined it with an app for creating customer tags based on rules. The solution was super good.

I use this app to protect my course content and allow my members easy access to their course materials! They were kind enough to work with me while I get my business off the ground and grow my customer base. I am able to speak to a live person and they emailed me quick! This app is confusing and frustrating. I can't set it up correctly, I've tried several settings and nothing works.

Trying to set up a lock to my store and the app doesn't do that. I've tried several different combinations to make it work and it doesn't. There isn't a number to call to talk to someone which means this will take hours or days to resolve, rather than a few minutes. Was told this was a good app and will continue to try and make it work.

We tried using this app to hide certain items on our website, which it did do, however there were still automated bots that were able to purchase items that were designed to only be purchased by certain people, so it did not work as intended/described.

The Lock Smith app is very useful if you want to lock pages in your store. Until, it the problems comes and you have problems with the access of the app and the pages. Like any apps, there is no guarantee that it works at 100% and sometimes mistakes happened with problems. We were very worried about it because there was a lot of stakes such as money and reputation we were loosing each day. During this storm phase in our business, the support of the app was there for us all day 24 hours replying under 2 hours during Saturday and Sunday. They were professional reliable and very nice too. They invested a such dedication and effort that for a moment, we were thinking that they were working for our company. It's rare to see people being with you trying to do everything they can to solve the issue like if it was their business depending on it. They didn't gave up until the problem was fixed, most of the time the support of app propose a refund directly because they don't want to put their hands in the dirt. It's not the case with Lock Smith, they fight for you until you are happy all day and night. Today, we know that Locksmith is not just an app it's a team and a culture of delivering customer satisfaction at any cost. They proved that they are reliable for long term partnership.
