Like anyone using this app, I need it for social proof of my product. As I was setting up the app, I needed some help. I was able to get it via IM with Gena. She helped me navigate certain features that allowed me to migrate reviews from emails and Amazon. Also, I wanted the review star "badges" to appear on all pages containing the featured product. Now I have everything set up the way I want it... for now.

Customer service is top notch. They resolve issues immediately through the chat. Very happy with this app!
