Just started using this app. Absolutely loved it. It has really optimised my website in the sense that customers can leave reviews for each products. I had also contacted the customer service team and they were wonderful and were able to solve my query.

The app offers you a lot of customizations, the chat service persons replied fast and are willing to help. Superb service and app.

Excellent app - great features and just works (I use it with the Flex theme from Out of the Sandbox). Customer Support is amazing. I had a question on a Sunday evening and they responded within 60 seconds, and made a change for me within 2 minutes. Very impressed.

I like the app so far. pretty straight to the point, still need to discover more features like email marketing/review request etc. I was a little frustrated setting everything up. I spoke to Gena to help me set up the DKIM as well as a few issues we had with the theme. she was AMAZING. She walked me through the steps and made sure everything works great. Thank you for making this process so much easier!
