This application is the best reviewer in the shopify store. I have tried most of the others and they are a big difference. Also the support is amazing

I am trying to downgrade my membership as I can't afford it right now. I can't locate the option to downgrade or even cancel my membership.

For the app being free it provides free reviews for you website and the support answers very quick and provide great service

Love this app! Customer service is great and the app works as it should. If you ever purchase a new theme and your reviews aren't showing up in your shop; customer service will fix it with ease.

We just installed Judge.me Product Reviews on our website and the results are just what we were looking for! this is the only free review app that sends out requests for reviews which ive found. though the UI UX isnt the best itll do for a start up like mine on a shoe string budget.

Good customer service and good app but the only downside is from FREE plan to $15 UPGRADE is a big jump. I hope you could offer more tiered plans in lower price because $15/monthly is a big deal for a small business like mine and who doesn't get that much of a review. The only feature I would like to change is to be able to change the appearance of customers name like not to shown the whole name and this is only available on upgrade plan. Unfortunately, I have to look another app that offers a cheaper plans.
