This app is great. It has all the bells and whistles and was super easy to install. When I launched there was a weird glitch with my theme and Judge.me but one of their customer service reps helped me out and immediately fixed it for me. I was super impressed.

Found this app on another shopify site that actually made me go write them a review... "if it works for me, it will work for my customers too," I thought. So here I am. Just had a chat with Abderrahim who was very helpful and quick to respond. My whole review situation is now set up (Awesome Plan) in about an hour of me working with the site, creating a custom pic on Canva and setting it up exactly how I want it. I love it so far! Also, you won't lose reviews when you do this. You can import your reviews (after you export them and upload into the app) so you can see them all in one tidy place. You can respond to reviews easily or hide what you don't want shown. Amazing!

UPDATE: 8/13. Still very happy with the ease of use of this app plus I have barely touched some of the features! Need to spend some deep dive time with them. Continue to be very impressed with speed, helpfulness and generally "good guy" (not gender-specific) of the Help desk. Chris Gomez helped me with what turned out to be a problem with review assignment (product vs. shop) only because I hadn't scrolled far enough to find them answer on my own. He/she was unfailingly upbeat and immediately helpful. Update 10/5 again I was impressed with the speed, courtesy and efficiency of the Judge Me team. This time it was Zineb who was terrific.
