Even on the free version the support is outstanding. Very responsive and patient customer service. We've now upgraded to the paid version and the team are always extremely obliging and quick to respond on chat or email. We're getting good reviews from customers too proving the app addition is easy to complete from our customers point of view.

I like that I can use photo reviews in a free plan, also the app is really easy to use and allows for a lot of customisation

Customer support is very fast and helpful, 10/10 recommend. Only downside is the customibility, most of the features you have to pay for BUT the free tier is good enough to get the basic idea across

This is the by far the best Review App. It's not to expensive and the support is amazing!! They quickly fix issues that come up as we keep our theme updated Thank you.

I've only just connected this app (so I can't attest to how it functions yet as I haven't received any reviews!) BUT I had some questions about the set up and used the live chat for assistance, and they were so quick to respond and answered all my questions so that they were easy to understand. :)

This app is great for demonstrating social proof! You are able to import reviews from other selling platforms (Etsy in my case), show proof of purchase, and have the review show as verified. Brilliant! Thanks for the super quick support!

This app is great and the customer support is amazing. I had trouble with the text on my widget and they were able to resolve my issure within minutes. They responsed immediately at 4AM est. I especially like how the widget look on my product page.
