Helpful and prompt assistance when we needed it. I like the way people can leave a star rating direct from the email, it is quick and straight forward for them to do. I also like that Judge me integrates well with Klaviyo, which was my main reason for switching to them.

I am using this app for two weeks or so and I am very happy with it. The support was very helpful and fast. I am currently using the free version and it is great, but I think I will purchase a plan later on, since it has so many extra useful functions.

Although there are some minor features that need to be changed, such as the ability to delete review videos or photos after uploading, other aspects are excellent, such as customer service and functionality

I used this app to import my reviews from another shop to my shopify shop. I had a few issues and needed help at 2 different times. I used the chat feature both times. Hamza and Thanh were both a great help. Everything is a go now. Excellent support.
