I love how easy this app is to use, and it has a clean and concise array of ways to socially prove to my audience that my products are up their alleys. The team also was kind and quick to help me lower my site speed by aiding in some coding conditioning.

The Customer support was very helpful! I needed helped with the widget on my product page and they instantly help me with my problem.

I used the pop-up question box to help me with colors and help with getting them changed. My question was answered promptly, my questions was answered, and they fixed the issue I was having.

Ich finde diese App aktuell die beste Bewertungsapp. Vor allem weil viele nützliche Features vorhanden sind (sogar in der Kostenlosen Version). Der Support ist ebenfalls super und hat mir bis jetzt immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet!

The app looks solid up to now, has all functions i need for my business (like E-Mail reminders for giving ratings). Absolutely awsome that this is free! BTW support is very responsive and fast in execution!

As a small business owner, I rely on Judge.me products. In this instance, I was not able to get my reviews. Thankfully for the professional and prompt intervention of customer service Arkeous my problem was solved in no time. Thank you again!

Great app. Integrates well with the Superstore theme and support is prompt and efficient when you have issues.

Don't do it. Read the reviews. We thought well, we'd give it a try. Sure enough, certain applications of their app had to be installed outside of the application by their techs.... Well, this caused a bunch of embarrassing script code to show up on the landing page. It was painstaking to remove. We do not recommend this APP whatsoever.....

Customer support is top notch. Got sorted with what i needed in a few minutes. Easiest app to import reviews and way more features than any of the rest.

I have installed the app just today and so far so good. The app looks robust and customer service is pretty quick.

Their customer support is awesome. It's easy to set up and use. Reviews also transfer to any new updated theme.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We found out after we set it up that no coupons were sent as rewards. We contacted the support, they told us its turned off, we sent screenshot as a proof that its not, they tell us we must have turned it on just now. Yeah right... So we want to make test review, they tell us to upload review that matches conditions and reward will be sent. So we do that, no coupon is sent. Now they tell us its because it was done manually not automatically. Which nobody mentioned before. So I guess the only option is to wait and pray, and if it won't work this time, again somebody will tell me that we must have turned it off. Actually I should have just uninstalled it and use solution from other company. I wouldnt have wasted so much time and energy with these guys....

So easy to use and makes it so easy for us to chat with and listen to our customers. Concierge is also extremely helpful and can solve any issue quickly! Always great service.
