This app is GREAT and their customer service is by far the best! Cesar has helped me immensely and always VERY QUICKLY!! Which is something to be proud of, as other apps can takes days through email. They are always eager to help and very friendly. So far it's been smooth sailing and the Reviews are coming in and everything working great. Clean layout, easy to navigate dashboard. I would definitely recommend this app!

The app is easy to use. It is amazing that it's free, yet has so many functions available. I'm considering to upgrade in the near future to the Awesome plan for only $15 per month! I've tried Shopify reviews and Yotpo, but Judge.me is way better in my opinion. Shopify Reviews lack of trust and control, you can't send email or keep track of your customers, and Yotpo is very limited due to the restriction based on the number of purchases. Judge.me has also an amazing support service! A must have for me :)

This is a really useful app. they helped me resolve some small issues and is perfect! it has a lot of things you can do to get customer reviews.

I am very happy with this app. The reviews and the received starts do appear in Google search and I think this further increases my store's volume.

Quick responses & great help! Great free app that you can list or import reviews in. Also great that they send emails for you for your customers to review after they purchase!

I downloaded this app yesterday and I'm very pleased so far! I've been in search of a review app that does the in-email review form so I love that their free plan offers this feature. I had a minor problem that I needed help with and Louis emailed me back right away. The review section on the product pages look very sleek and the home page review carousel is a nice touch.

This is a useful app we are using it now for 4 months and we do not regret our decision. We love that it has a feature that customers can ask questions about products and publish our answers, also the requests for reviews are send out by the app. Secondly, the support team is fast and will help you solve the problem. Some minor issues: One thing which was a bit too enthusiastic of them was that they install certain features without you asking for them. So, our layout changed 3 times without us asking for it. Also, we would love a rule to exclude products from the review requests. Say all products with tag Y will be excluded from requests. Now we have to do that manually for all new products. Otherwise we highly recommend it.

Hands down the best review app for the combination of features and the free version is excellent! Customer support is outstanding. 10 stars,

Highly recommend this app for anyone. It does everything we need Reviews wise and the team's email support is lightning fast.

Ap is integrated with google so your reviews show which helps SEO HUGE, thats killer. Also the tech support is superb, Leonardo was so helpful and friendly. They made everything I needed to happen happen so I thank you for that!

Can't praise this app and the support team enough. We've all had bad experiences when looking for apps in the Shopify app store, but Judge.me -- and especially the developer's support staff -- will not disappoint you. Great app, even better service!

I can find any tool like Judge.me but what I love about this tool is their customer service. Cease, Louis, and Sofia always are ready to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I switched from Yotpo to Judge.me and it was the best decision ever. Judge.me is so easy to use, customize and the support team has been incredible. Highly recommend and definitely best review app out there!

We've used Judge.me for over a year now and have been very pleased with it! The features are really well thought out and there is a lot of useful automation such as review requests and posting reviews to our Facebook page.
