Using this app had generated an error ('missing field "itemreviewed"') as I had previously installed 2 SEO apps. Contacted support and issue was promptly resolved by Leonardo Cappillo. Was really impressed by his help although I was on the free plan. Thank you! App has quite a lot of features and is nicely designed.

I have been using Judge.Me for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it. Super easy to implement and use, with an incredible array of features and integrations. What's more, I recently modified my theme and the support staff were very helpful and willing to fix any issues we encountered with the new integration. Staff responded and fixed all issues within the space of about 30 minutes, AND it was the weekend! Highly recommended indeed!

I am new to this app, but so far so good, it looks great on my store. I came across one small issue, but Mohamed sorted this out for me really quickly. Great customer service!

That is a good app for upload review, I even use it with aliexpress review importer before, but it slow down my app speed so I deleted it.

i like that is has a free plan easy to integrate. I liked how it walked me through each step and asked me to review. good for aliexpress free plugin.

One of the best review apps on the Shopify store! We have been using this since we launched our store, and has not failed us!

I don't think there is a better app for reviews, not to mention there is a free version of it. Judge.me has a lot of features — one of the best parts is the level of customisation. You can make your reviews looks the way you want. More than that, your reviews will look unique, different from other sites. CONS: 15$/month is a little bit expensive for a beginner and the Paid Plan is a must-be if you want to create trustable reviews, which includes photos and videos.

I'm so happy with my experience using this app and even more so with the customer service. The best customer service I've received from all the Shopify apps I've worked with thus far (including Shopify itself). Quynh, Linh, Leonardo, Cesar, Louis, Genesis, Lam - they're all awesome! Simply stellar - I never feel alone in trying to figure things out - in particular, the integrations they have with other apps (which are many). In terms of the app, it looks great on the site, and I've just upgraded to their Awesome plan to take advantage of the photo/video reviews, in-email review requests, and integrations. Can't wait to get started on the new features. Thank you to everyone on the judge.me team!! :-) Update: I've been using judge.me for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Not only does the customer service make this an overall pleasurable experience, but the app itself is very robust. I've used the integrations for Google Shopping/Google Surfaces, AfterShip, Slide Cart Drawer, and Klaviyo. Their team has also done some customizations for me, like making the stars appear on one line in the email templates and adding the review carousel to a specific place on the homepage. Response time is amazing too - like today, I asked judge.me team if something was possible to do at 12 pm and by 12:45 pm my boss was telling me he really liked the changes made (I didn't even realize judge.me had done anything yet and had to ask my boss, "What changes?"). Can't say enough good things about these guys - it's really the only app I haven't had multiple serious struggles with or where I've been left alone trying to figure things out while waiting over two days for responses. Thanks again to all the folks over at judge.me for providing such a great experience! Means a lot during these difficult times with the pandemic.

I am relieved that I contacted support to change where reviews display on my page. They replied almost instantly and I am delighted that they were able to modify it for me, they used my store font and I was able to use my store color in the 'star' rating. This has all ensured that the app hasn't 'taken over' my site because I use a simple, clean theme. It is a super-automated app, very simple, gives you alot of control over what goes on your site and they're able to personalise. I would recommend this app for beginners but I would recommend it overall!
