If you're wondering which review app to install, this is THE one to use. Their tool works, the backend is easy to use, works seamlessly AND their customer service is AMAZING.

Just started using a review app for the first time. The support at Judge.me is fast with clear instructions. Made me feel confident, treated very highly by support crew. Very encouraging staff.

I will update this review again once we've had some time to use Judge.me as we have only just installed the app. I wanted to leave a review though to highly commend the great level of customer service Judge.me provides. Cesar was super patient with helping me migrate my reviews export CSV over to Judge.me and patiently answering my many questions on what to do. As well as helpfully explaining which email templates they found effective, and best practices for using their app. I appreciate Bilal installing Judge.me to my theme overnight after I gave them the ok before I went to bed. I also want to thank Mohammed for helping me make adjustments to the reviews widget and expediently fixing a small bug. It's only 7:30 am where I am, and we're on track to having Judge.me running in our live store for today. :) I am super pleased at how fast I get a friendly response and help right away. Whether it's super early in the morning, middle of the day, or at midnight. I'm looking forward to using Judge.me! I also want to say, we've used another reviews app that's on the shopify app store that has very high all 5 star reviews. But the level of support was nothing like what Judge.me has shown to me. With the other app, I had to manually install all the code myself after the Automatic installer did not work. This other review's app customer service refused to help me with the installation unless I was willing to upgrade from $30/mth to $99/mth. As well this previous review app was not forthcoming with best practices for how to use their reviews app to gain more reviews as they said that level of support and advice was only for higher tier clients. I bring up our previous reviews app as a contrast to how great Judge.me's level of customer service has been. The price for Judge.me is super affordable, I did not think twice to subscribe to their Awesome plan. I like how it's super simple. Get tonnes of features all at one fair and affordable monthly price. Rather than other apps which have way worse/limited features and cost more than Judge.me. Or are charging an arm and leg the more orders you have in your store.

1/13/2021 - Juan did an awesome job right away with updating the placement of the reviews when we upgraded our store theme. I'm in the free plan but the support even with this type of plan is amazing! Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. 8/8/2017 - accidentally deleted the app after upgrading my theme and freaked out thinking i lost all the reviews including photos,..sent an email to PJ and boom, in seconds, got a response and he was able to restore everything for me and fixed how the ratings show on my website!!! if you're not using judge.me you're missing out!!!! PJ Celis is your go to guy. installed the app and needed some help migrating old reviews from yotpo and he did it in less than a minute. talking about customer service at your finger tips. I also needed help remove the yotpo code and he did it in a heartbeat. Amazingly support and worth every penny!

Limited in some options, it would be great to have review widgets in your checkout page. But as a tool amazing!

I have had Judge.me installed for maybe 24 hours and I am already loving it. Previously I was manually adding reviews to my shop when I received them. I decided to get Judge.me when I discovered two shops I love used it (I snooped on their web source code to find out) - including one that had heaps of customer photo reviews, which made me more willing to make a purchase. Photos are hugely important for my sales (I sell mending supplies and a lot of my customers are nervous beginner menders), so I decided to pay for the Awesome plan to unlock this functionality. I've already had a few tweaks I've needed to make and Judge.me customer support has been extremely quick and responsive. It took a few hours to set up the CSV to manually upload my old reviews, but it was a fairly straightforward process and I've been surprised with the speed at which the automatic review-request feature has paid off! The five-star reviews are already rolling in - and much more quickly than when I've personally asked for reviews in the past. I'm pretty stingy when it comes to paying for Shopify apps because there a zillion out there and they can add up so quickly, but this is one of two I'm happy to pay for. Brilliant reviews app at a reasonable price for all-in-one feature set. Amazing support and great user experience.

The application is just perfect and integrates very easily on the store. It is responsive on mobile, and the support team is reactive. I recommend it.

Installed this app because Kristi from Encircled recommended it in her podcast. As a first time user, the UI is a bit confusing to go through. I didn't even know what all the tabs and options for the first bit. Once I sort of understand what's going on, I realize so much of the features are not available for free users. I understand that there's usually a gap between free and premium plans but there's a few essential features I feel shouldn't be behind a pay wall, like the ability to customize the email to send out to past customer. I guess I'll play around for a few weeks and see if I grow to like it.
