This is a great review app with the features you need. The pricing is also 'awesome'. That said, some features I would like to see would be: ability to change widget colors (right now you need to ask support to do it for you), and a way to view the actual emails that have been sent to the customer (for example for A/B testing, different emails may require different actions to be taken by the store. I want to know which email was sent to which customer).

Juan and the team at Judge.me are awesome! Super fast and responsive. I had selected a theme that didn't work well with the app initially and they went above and beyond make sure it all integrated seamlessly.
