Super helpful and timely support :) I had a problem with duplicate reviews which was fixed within minutes!

Great app and great support. They seem to answer day and night (there was always someone when I asked a question), and some of my suggestions were implemented within minutes. All the needed features are there, including requesting reviews, requesting photos, offering a reward, verifying the customer... and for a much better price than other apps. It's all I needed.

We are getting great reviews from this app, and the customer service team (especially Louis) have been very helpful.

So far so good and i have the free plan! Recently switched my store from a different host so it was a bit time consuming reaching out to past customers asking for reviews, but this app is easy to install and my customers all had a very easy time leaving their reviews :-)

I've been a happy Judge.Me customer for years and use it for both my stores. It works beautifully, is affordable and support is great - almost immediate which is impressive. I am using this app for about a couple of weeks. I really like it. Customer service is at a high level, usually, respond time varies 2 minutes not more. If you are looking for a good review app it is the best choice for you!

Best customer service ever, they are dedicated to helping with every little detail. Lots of customizations available within the app, which really makes it an app that stands out above the others.

I just installed the app today and was able to import reviews quite easily, had one product that was not displaying the reviews due to the fact that it was using a customized product page template but was able to get the issue resolved very fast and efficiently by their support team (Sofia Elizondo). One of the fastest and efficient support ever! Looking forward to more business when I upgrade because am definitely going to when my business picks.

We installed Judge.me a few months ago. Very happy with it in a few ways: email customisation, automatic placement with a design, integration with other apps we are using, auto coupons to our customer as a little gesture of gratitude. It pushes our review automatically to our FB. The most of important of all, the support is online, on time. We talked with Javier, who solved our review placement issue online straight away. In all, the bucks paid monthly is well worth the investment. will recommend to any one considering product reviews.

I have installed the app, gone through most of the various configurations, loaded previous customer reviews, and upgraded to Awesome in preparation for sending review data to Google Merchant Center. I have been very happy with the process and the results so far. I think the review presentation on the site is good, I am glad to have the ratings now included in organic search, and looking forward to having enough verified data for Google Shopping/Shopping Actions. I had one issue about the structured data being populated on the product pages twice but this was corrected by support (Annie Le) extremely rapidly. I also had one product enhancement suggestion for them - to provide the ability to round average review ratings to 1 decimal (currently always displays as 2 decimals). I also hope the company is able to become an official Google review aggregator/partner. Overall, I would rate this app and team better than 5 out of 5.

Honestly the customer service is brilliant. I have been building my site on a Sunday and all requests have been fullfilled within an hour. I am very impressed with this service, also there is so much you can do this has increased my conversion rate by 4%!!!

Tried many apps and this is the best review app out there. Fully customizable and looks gorgeous. Verifies reviews based on customer emails to add credibility. Support is incredible, they respond immediately. Perfect app and perfect support. You won't be disappointed.
