These guys are the best and saved me a ton of work! I was so frustrated feeling like I was losing out on the reputation I worked so hard to build. Now I can finally use real reviews of mine to compliment my store.

Great widget. Highly customizable, affordable and great customer service. And has great app integration options. Although the app customization dashboard may get a little overwhelming since it has a ton of options but their support team is always there to guide you and is very responsive!

Perfect, fast customer services. I am using this app for almost 2 years and always get help when I need. Very good app. I suggest for everyone looking for review apps with an excellent support team

I used this app to integrate reviews on my product page. It's super easy to install (they do it for you), and looks clean on my website. The 'free option' doesn't offer much customization, but considering what the 'Awesome Plan' offers, I'll probably upgrade in the near future. For the beginning stages of our website, I'm pretty satisfied with what the 'free version' of judge.me can do. I absolutely love the 'verified' label they add to the customers who have actually purchased. You could also change the color of the stars to further match your brand colors. It also keeps a list of your customers and automates when to send 'Review Request' emails (you could also opt to send it whenever). Overall, very satisfied and am excited to rack up some reviews!

I swapped over to this app after having no end of issues with another review app. I'm so glad I made the switch. Installing this app was a breeze, no need to do any code changes, the little wizard took care of the installation process so easily. But for me, the thing that has impressed me most is the outstanding support and customer service. I made a daft mistake, importing the same reviews twice. I contacted customer support and had a reply within 10 minutes. They sorted out the problem instantly and were only too happy to help answer questions on something else that I wished to do. I really like the way that the reviews are displayed on my website, they are clear to see, easy to scroll through and I like that they show which ones have been written by verified buyers. All in all, so glad I made the switch, this is a fabulous app and customer support is superb.

If there is one non-negotiable feature to always have on our shop, it would be judge.me customer reviews. We love the following features: 1. It sends reminder emails automatically. We have configured it to go out after we deliver products. If a customer doesn't respond, it sends reminders. We can configure all of these settings. 2. It tracks sales from reviews 3. We can configure the widget design according to our wish 4. It requires no manual installation. Automatic installation worked with Debut theme of ours easily 5. It integrates with pagefly, our favorite page builder app 6. It integrates with PushOwl, our favorite browser notifications app 7. It brings sales. Excellent app so far! The download was easy and I did not have to look for answers and when I asked support to fix a problem it was fixed before I could send more information.

The app works well; I'm getting more reviews now than in the past. I had trouble figuring out how to only have my customer's initial appear after their first name, and support was super fast helping me get it sorted. This is the third review app I've used on my store, and the only one I've considered worth paying for.
