Switched to this app from Yotpo as the price for their "pro" features kept increasing until it was utterly ridiculous. Thousands of pounds a year and supposedly that was even discounted! This app can do just as much, if not more, for a very reasonable price. Great support too!

This app is amazing - and the team's support is sensational. I love the email flexibility and the way we can send stuff out easily. The thing I love the most is the verified review's that it gives. We had someone the other day who bought a product from our competitor and had an issue with it. The competitor wouldn't respond to their emails, so they gave bad reviews on all websites that had a similar product. So we ended up with a bad review for a product that we didn't even sell. Thankfully the app prevented it from being shared and I was able to delete the false review. Highly recommend it.

Support is insanely quick. They assisted me with installation following a theme change and it was probably less than 1 hour since I requested until it was done. Impressive.

I use this app to manage my product reviews. The app can be overwhelming, but that's only because they have so many options to choose from and edit and add-in. Their customer service is also super, I chatted with one of the support people via the Chatbox for 30mins and he solved all my queries, and answered all my questions! Super helpful :))

Wow, great app. Easy to customize, import, setup email etc. I really have no further needs. Some translation issues were fixed within a few hours. Great support

I've used a lot of review apps over the years. This is by far the best, not just for its functionality, (ie Google Merchant sync, photo reviews, linking to Klaviyo etc) But because of the customer service. The customer service is the best I've ever seen. Responding via Live Chat within a few minutes of me having a question. Highly Recommend!!

good product, some problems with support but they let their presence known eventually, also they made a quick update to my problem so i can do that myself. keep up the good work!

Hands down, simply the best reviews app out there. You will not find anything this good for their pricing anywhere. Great support and integrates with all the top apps on the market. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I have been using this app for years.

Awesome tool, awesome people behind it! This review tool has been a very important part in our online sales, especially because you can't test the product's effect before buying. Seeing real reviews of other users is definitely a conversion optimiser.

I took this app off,because you must add another app,and even still,it won't,and it messes up you site,,then the guy sends me a e-mail,begging me to call him,this is a scam,his friends and family must be the ones leaving great reviews,Don't waste your time,find something else. Shopify is working hard to find guys like this,and get them off the platform... If your app is so good,why do you have to have to apps,and one of them my be a app that you have to buy.seems like you would only need one. It is not the customers fault,if they don't take much time with your app,I realized,that you want people to buy another app from you,it's called bait and switch ! You say you have 23,000 sites using your apps,but only 1232 reviews,how did that happen? This app,will only let let you be screwed over!

The app is simple and easy to implement. Straightforward, It works effectively and I would recommend it to other stores. Support staff are great.

We were initially hesitant to try any review application as our website was just launched and we were already using Shopify's review app. Shopify's application was great but it did not offer many features such as photos, videos, and sending out request emails. The biggest feature we were looking for was showing the reviews on Google and Shopify's review was not doing that job as it stated. After a week of using Shopify's review application, we made a decision to try judge.me reviews. The support is just outstanding. One of the challenges we faced was Shopify's review application did not stop showing on our pages even after removing the code. The support was consistent and helped us achieve the look and feel of the application as per the requirement. We have obviously subscribed to the awesome version as it was totally worth it.
