Lydia was very helpful and made the process quick and easy.

Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that. She patiently answered my questions and ensured the loyalty program was set up exactly the way I wanted. I'm excited to continue using Joy.

Tiana was super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app. Follow-up: I needed help again, shocker! lol! Hana was so kind and quick with providing some custom coding to make the widget work on my page. Thank you so much!

Customer support is good & Not too much for the better plans and a free to use option and easy to learn how to use. as i do with my website. A woman name lydia helped me and was kind.
