This app is MUCH easier to use than other loyalty apps. Not complicated to set up, they offer default point plans to pick from. They also have quick and friendly customer service. Highly recommend!

A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service who get back to you straight away. We just moved over from Smile after 4 years as the value for money is way better. Transitioning over 11,000 customers was easy enough and so far we're really happy with it! The only downside is not being able to search for customers by name, as we do a lot of manual alterations so this slows us down a lot, but hopefully this will be implemented in the future. Support is generally pretty immediate as well, Hana has been very helpful :)

So far all has been good with the app. Hana was very helpful with adding unlimited transactions.

quick response and helpful

We just switched over to Joy from a different loyalty program. It was a pretty painless switch overall, we were easily able to import the points from the old system into the new one. I had a few issue getting the rewards to show up on the POS (which turned out to be me just being oblivious and nothing wrong with the app), but I clicked on support and typed in my issue, within minutes Hana was able to point me in the right direction and we are fully up and running now! Highly reccomend this app for ease of use and excellent support.

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better. Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!

This app is amazing! Why? It supports most of the things I wanted, although not everything I had in mind. Why would I even rate it 5 stars? I'm looking at the service in general, not just the app. Whenever you have a question, the live support is there for you immediately to provide the best assistance they can.
