The app is very user friendly and makes managing product options a breeze. The support team is also very helpful and responsive, completing tasks very quickly. Gelukkig werd dat binnen enkele minuten opgelost met behulp van de live chat. Ik geef vier sterren, omdat het niet meteen naar wens was. Zelf dingen oplossen gaat moeilijk, omdat er weinig info over te vinden is. Gelukkig werkt de klantenservice van Hulk perfect. Kortom: Een aanrader!

Great app, but unfortunately if you use the Text Box option, there cannot be any line breaks in the Buyers text. This means it comes through to us as a messy, block paragraph of text which isn't usable for us. If they fixed this in the future, I would definitely rejoin!

Thank you so much! :) The App is great, We've been using it for over a year to add size options to custom made bracelets with limited stock options, it lets us have a lot of different sizes without affecting our stock levels.

Really good app. I had a few issues with configuration and settings and I reached out via chat, I received so much help, fast and efficient. I've had the best experience with the support team. Great app with really great customer service support. I've been using this app for over a year now and have had a couple of problems here and there but was very pleased with their customer service. オプション設定のアプリの中でベストアプリだと思います。 オプション表示の条件設定やファイルのアップロード、選択肢によって価格を変更するなど、かなり複雑なオプション設定までできてしまいます。複数のアプリを試しましたが、このアプリが一番多機能かつ設定が簡単にできました。個人的には、写真をポップアップ表示する機能が気に入っています。 一部、日本語に対応していない箇所がありましたが、サポートへ依頼するとカスタムでjavaScriptを書いて直してくれたりと、サポートも大変親切で助かりました。

A+ Customer Service in helping me understand how to use the app! They are really quick in responding and have answered all my questions. Only wish there was a way where we don't have to unclick a swatch in order to choose another swatch, makes it a little confusing on the consumer side.
