I searched and tried many product variation apps when migrating our website to Shopify and I am very happy with choosing Hulk Product Options! It has its own quirks to be aware of, but the other apps were not only worse, but were harder to use. This app has incredible support from the team with an in-app chat available at any time. Before launch of the website and after we had critical moments where we needed help and the team was able to jump in and fix things quickly and with my goals and business in mind. I am very happy with this app and the support available! It looks good on the website and has very versatile function! Definitely recommend it!

I have a new store theme (Pal Alto) and the app was not compatible. However, the Hulk developers and team were able to get it working inside my store. SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!! Thanks a ton Hulk team!!!

The app initially did not meet our needs and the person we dealt on the chat with was not very helpful. We were just about to give up. But on our third contact with customer support, I was lucky enough to get Deepa. Deepa was excellent, and fixed just about everything, making us able to use the app after all. Fingers crossed it will work smoothly from now on.

I received GREAT support, regarding option sets. Tarik, especially went beyond my expectations. Again great support! Tarik understood very well my questions and answered everything with a very professional and provided clear instructions on how to fix the issues.

Have only just installed the app. But so far the service has been second to none support. Great service and app.

The Hulk app is unique. To sell my product i need a lot off information. Very long search for a good app to fix it all. But the hulk app does it all ! If there is something you don't now or you have a problem ? The 5-star customer service fix it in now time ! They answer with in the hour and fix my problem with in one day. Great great service !

Khushbu was AMAZING! Support is very responsive and helpful! We were chatting for about 3 hours and Khushbu answered each and every one of my endless questions. I was having trouble editing the appearance of my buttons as well as creating conditionals and Khushbu went in and edited both of those for me saving me hours of confusion and frustration. I can't say enough good things about my experience with support but also the app. Hulk Product Options is the one product customization app I've seen that allows me to add buttons, actual buttons not radio buttons and just for that I'd give 5 stars. Get this app!!

Look I have tried to solve this issue of putting custom text on products for some time. The Hulk app is so easy to use once I understood the concept. Now the real value is the company, what I mean is it took about a minute for Hulk to tell me how the steps work and they sent me a 1-minute video that was the turning point. I highly recommend any company that has a quality product but also is willing to help you get the most value out of their product.

Support is half and half depending on the person, requirements are met and sometimes the knowledge of the support does not meet the standards of expectation. Whilst more technical queries are handled well, simple questions differ, that do not need 'copy and paste' answers can be easily solved if looked at properly instead of searching for an answer through their database but actually looking at the personal problem in more detail. After a few minutes of investigating the problem yourself, you can find the answer to the problem faster than the support telling you to read a whole article which does not even solve your problem. The app is overall good and has many features however there are some common e-commerce features that are commonly used but not implemented in the tool, the support can be better from the perspective view of subscribing more than once on an Enterprise plan.

Amit was absolutely a BLESSING he was very patient with me assisting with all of the millions of questions I had. He was able to correct some things on the back end for me that i was really struggling with. I couldn't have done it without him. i highly recommend him. HE TOTALLY DESERVES AN INCENTIVE FOR HIS PATIENCE AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Easily my favorite app - tons of options that I can configure in unlimited ways to suit my different product lines, and the support team is top notch. Response is almost instant, they're kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful.

These guys are bosses! They were the only app I could find that could handle the complexity of my product option needs, and their support team made the impossible happen with grace. We are still hoping to iron out one kink, but the limitations are on shopfy's restrictions on apps and not the expertise of this team. A very good program, and the development team will actively address the issues raised. I gave it to Four Star because there are still some functions that can be done better. For example, the color palette can only have a uniform shape, and the program will not make the best display based on your image

Great App, Really helped with setting up options on our store. Their response time is short and quick!

This app is powerful and almost perfect, we're already using it for 2 years. It's amazing to handle a large bulk of custom options, including image swatches, and many personalization fields, like text input for engravings in our case. And you can create multiple bundles of option combinations, applying them individually for subsets of your product portfolio. Exactly what we need to sell our custom-made leather products. Super helpful! What makes it absolutely outstanding though, is their excellent customer service (rating 5+ stars!): They're coding wizards and could solve multiple UX problems for our specific product and cart pages within no-time, literally overnight. Without these custom adjustments, the buttons and price formatting would not have matched our product pages' look & feel. But they went above and beyond to make it look consistent. You rarely get such amazing customer service anywhere today! Translations in the backend (our Shopify language is German) are still not great and leave room for misunderstandings (status: March 2023). But this is just a minor UX topic for you as an admin, and only if you're using Shopify in another language than English I guess. Other than that you just have to factor in some UX trade-off as of the checkout page, as a buyer's chosen product options will always translate into a separate product on the checkout page (with an empty placeholder image). This logic stays the same for all steps after of course, e.g. in connected order processing and billing apps (also showing this separate products on shipping labels and invoices). There is nothing Hulk could do about atm, as they can only customize the flow until the cart page to guarantee a consistent look & feel, but not any further. Therefore, the UX is not perfect until the end, but at least until the final checkout page where a buyer already made their decision. In total, I would give 4.5 stars. Great job overall!
