WARNING this app does not work with shopify discounts. I lost a lot of sales due to this plug in not working with shopify in any shape or form. I talked to Hulk customer service and their was nothing that could be done to make it compatible with my site unfortunately

This app and the team have been more than amazing. So helpful and willing to do as much as possible to support their customer. We are using Hulk Products Option App and many others for months and we have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend them and their products/apps.

This is an updated review of Hulk Apps Options. [Previously rated 1-star, around 2/1/2022] I am compelled to update my review for Hulk Product Options after working with this app for some time. Though not perfect, this app has made significant and notable strides to earn a 4 star rating from me. For those new users or those looking to customize their website; this is a great choice for your store, you just have to adopt the Hulk Product Options ideology in order to implement it to the best of its ability. In fact, as Shopify limits the amount of variations, this may be the best way to get all your variations on the market. The one feature that does lack and please be aware, is that it doesn't incorporate into inventory control; I'm not sure if that will even be possible down the line (although what is notable is that it does subtract inventory); I wish and am hopeful that a stricter inventory control is possible, so that I am not oversold on some models of products our store offer. ***Excellent Customer Support*** Finally, I was compelled to resubmit an updated review after giving keen consideration to the high level of customer support I have received. Chat agent was attentive to my issue, fixed it for me live, and offered suggestings for U/I improvement, and implemented those as well. You'd be hardpressed to find the same amount of customer support in todays ecommerce app climate at such an immediacy and so I was very much impressed and decided to give this review an update. in short, you will not be disappointed, despite a flaw there is much for the app to offer, and they have a suite of other apps too, which I enjoy.

I wish I would've known that an automatic discount doesn't work with BOGO deals before black friday. It ruined my entire sales day since the code wouldn't work since it was auto and a buy x get y. The customer service rep Nisha was great though

Customer service has been great since we installed this app. We have had quite a few questions, they have been quick to respond via chat and have solved all our issues so far.

I use this app to bundle products in my store. As a startup, I needed help navigating the product. The support team were prompt and very helpful.

Really Liking this app so far. the customer service is fantastic and fast, writing code for my store to add functionality i need within minutes. Only things i would improve is the pricing model, too many features hidden behind the highest tier, so it seemed a bit strange to have to upgrade to get access to basic functionality. But its worth it so far.

I've used an engraving option through Hulk Produxt options for a number of years. It's a simple way to add a special service for our customers. The tech support has always been excellent.

Amazing support and app. We needed something that worked for our jewelry business to offer specialized options. This app was the best we found. We ran into a few customization issues and the team resolved them within a few hours. Unheard of, especially during the holidays. Appreciate everything they do!

I used this app to help with a customisation business website. I did upgrade to Pro as it had more of what I required but it has been easy to use and totally worth the small extra cost. Customer service sorted a small tech problem and were easy to communicate with. Happy to recommend as 5 stars.

This app is amazing. It bypasses Shopify's ridiculous 3 Option limit. It looks amazing and integrates seamlessly. Eldin was great help, and top-notch to work with!!! I would give it 10/10 if I could! The only request I have is to add Filtering on the Conditions to eliminate a few steps. Other than that, no complaints here!

The app is easy to set up and allows for a good variety of options especially for the price. The service is quick, polite and very helpful. Only feature we wish the app had was allowing us to view the product options when hovering over orders in the Orders Tab on shopify. Otherwise a great product.

This app is so awesome and helpful! I am so glad we installed it for our store. The customer service is awesome and they always go above and beyond. I recommend this to everyone!

Really like that app, there are som missing options for translations of text, but support where great and helped me with that right away. I needed the option to use an existing product as extra option to an item, that costs me 10 dollars extra each month but thats okey in my case. Really like the app overall but there are some areas of improvement. I would recomend this app over competitors such as infinite options.

We have only had this app for a few hours, but we can say we are pleased! Especially with the help that Amit has offered me. They were also so fast at getting things set up for me and answered all my questions! I was using another app and they failed us. I opened Hulk Product Options so frustrated and now I feel so much better knowing that I can rely on them.

great support help. When I first downloaded the app it wasn't working but now everything is perfect.

I used Hulk Product Options because I was adding gift sets to my shop, and needed to be able to give my customers the ability to choose a few different options. The guys at Hulk responded quickly to my questions, offered to set it up for me, and even though I thought I'd thought I'd be able to set it up myself, they did it for me. I had several questions which they answered, and I needed additional changes, which they took care of for me right away. Very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend this App!

Been using this application for over a year now and it is amazing the fact that shopify limits variants and this app easily install and integrates and help you create all the product customizations you need. The free version is amazing.

Perfect app. Does everything I need + more. Also, after purchase service is impeccable. Any changes or issues are fixed and dealt with within a day. I highly recommend them.
