Tried out multiple product options app before and not only is the one the best, but the support is extremely responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and get this app!

I use Product Options to allow customers to customize gift boxes with card selection, gift message and delivery date picker. App works wonderfully. Support super quick to respond and have helped me customize fonts/aesthetic to match my site. Would recommend!!

This App is easy to use and the Support team is very prompt when it comes to resolving any issues. The only app I use for product options!

This app is total and utter garbage. The app has been causing a serious checkout issue for our store since October 17th and they have done nothing to fix it. This app can single handedly destroy your website and the support does not care. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.

Très bon service client , très réactif. Il manque certaintes fonctionnalité de personnalisations comme la possibilité de cliquer sur une bouton pour ouvrir la popup avec les différentes options de personnalisation.. Mais dans l'ensemble cela marche bien

the tech support is amazing. helped me on a sunday within hours! never had that support yet. also added code to my packing slips for me! saved so much time!

I've had this app for 2 years or so and it helped increase my shop's revenue exponentially. I 100% recommend this app to anyone who's looking to add personlization / customisation to their products in a very efficient manner.

This is a great app - works really well to have options for customers to customize products. I do my own website but do not understand code all that well, whenever I have reached out to them - they have always been prompt with service and solving my issues. One downfall to the app is that it doesn't work with all the discounts code options - but that is an easy work around and wouldn't detour me from using the app in my website. All and all a good product and great customer service.

I wish I could leave more than 1 amazing review for this app! I couldn't run my store without it! Now I can offer our products in lots of sizes and colours, with different prices depending on what the customer selects. It has saved me hundreds of hours in custom quotes every month. The team are so helpful and responsive, Nisha has been a blessing!

This is a very affordable product options app. It works very well with my store. The team is very helpful and they answer to my questions very fast. Great support! The team also help with some customisation to the app. Very happy with the app so I highly recommend this product.

In other apps, the options are registered as products, but not in this app, they go into the cart as custom products as a one-time-only thing. This is great. Wow, This app integration is amazing. Goes above and beyond what the basic Shopify options are. Sanjaysinh helped me to smoothly add in options to make shopping for my clients user friendly.

Customer service is top notch. I highly suggested having them set up the app, especially if you aren't tech savvy. (like me) Simply answer a few questions and they had my changed completed. Amit was amazing and understood exactly what I was requesting. He made it easy and I am less stressed.

The customer service is great! We were having some trouble getting the app to integrate with our theme and support was quick and able to get it fixed. So far the app is easy to use and a great way to expand options in our store.

They just keep nailing it! Wish I could give more stars! I've been using the app for a couple of years. I have had no issues. Customers find it quite easy to use to pick a design or personalize items. I started with the free version and have since upgraded to Pro. The customer service is superb. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick, thorough, and knowledgeable reply. Highly Recommend!
