Firstly, I wouldn't even believe this app is free. On my website frpro.com I was able to do everything I wanted with just this app. At first I hated the Shopify's 100 variations limit, and then I found out I can use this app to have as many color options for each product I need and with the actual swatches, which is very cool. Later I needed to create an option for embroidery for some product which I was easily able to do with radio-buttons, drop-downs, textbox and I might use file upload as well. This app is amazing, I would suggest it to anyone who wouldn't like to pay $10-20 a month for an app like this. I had only one problem with the app. For additional charge for embroidery, the price wouldn't update in the cart, but after contacting the support, they were able to fix that very quick and now it's all perfect. I am so grateful to these guys. All recommendations.

Do not get this app if you enjoy having the discount code option upon checkout. this app has been nothing but frustrating!!

I highly recommend this app! I was looking to replace a similar, paid app. Product Options by HulkApps was really easy to use, as far as setting up the options with little research put into how to work the app. They offered guides on learning how to use the app to set up your options, and then once you had that complete they had a completely other area set up to help you install the app onto your software. I am a newbie to coding and had messed up with where to place certain things. My options were there, just misplaced on the screen. Within 24 hours HulkApp had not only reached back out to me to let me know what I needed to do to fix it, but they also did what they had to do as well and they did it for free!!!! Now my options are right where they should be. I am extremely satisfied with their app, and I look forward to using it for quite some time!

Was looking for an app that could add an additional fee to a product if the customer wanted an add on feature. After installing the app, I set up the settings for the product I wanted. However, I ran into the issue with the theme integration. After following the manual integration, I found that my theme didn't have the same codes that where needed in order to get the app fully up and running. I contacted customer support who where nice and professional in their work. My ticket did need to be given to a developer to work on, but that even got resolved fast.

Don't install. It replace part of your theme code and you have to work a lot to remove it before

To all of the complainers out there about this app, IT'S FREE! HulkApps is by far the best place to start with your product options if you're looking for a free option. The support staff is incredibly helpful and they were more than willing to help make the customizations we needed to get it to function properly. I would love to see a more advanced paid version but this is definitely an easy app to use. Install is easy if you're familiar w/Shopify code otherwise they'll install for free. Seriously, give these guys a chance. This app works perfectly!

I am new to Shopify and how you have to add Apps to get the functionality I typically find standard in other carts I've used. I needed expanded Options and the Hulk Apps Custom Product Options was the only "free" choice I saw. Since I didnt' understand how to use their product (they should provided a more detailed description of this) I didn't see any changes when I installed the app. Each ticket exchange took 2-3 days for a proper response. I now see how to use this App and will see if it is a good fit for my store. I was generous on the rating since this is a Free item.

Discount code functionality at the check out page won't work, if you choose options with the additional cost with app. support team was top-notch !!!!!!!!!!!!!! highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

I am testing this free app from past few days and it had met most of my requirements. I ran into issues during installation and few functionalities were not working fine with my theme. However the Hulk Support team stepped in and fixed the issues. I would highly recommend this app. Try this app before you pay for any other app.

Excellent support for someone just trying out the free app trying to get it to work with our theme. If everything works out, I'd be happy to pay.

I have to say, this is one powerful little app. And what's more, as a business owner, the team at HulkApps have really backed their product too. I had a little trouble making it integrate into our website and what we required was fairly complex in some ways. But when I ran into trouble, I fired through a support ticket and they were on the case really quickly. Before I knew it, they were in and had fixed up the problem and we're not opperating exactly how we wanted to. Stoked, highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

The support was great with some installation issues with my theme. For a FREE product I found the support very responsive and helpful. They did a great deal to make the app a good fit for my store. Unfortunately some of the features I needed were not within the scope of this app so I had to move on. But I would definitely recommend this app if your feature list is not too long.

Best app on Shopify. they provide premium features for free and the support is also good.

I had problems in the beginning but the support team was top-notch! They helped me set it up and was very much willing to help get everything up and running for me. Now I have custom fields and upload function with no recurring fees! Thank you!!

Great Addon, mixes 3 other addons I use to save me even more money and time, the fact that conditional fields are possible make it even better!

48 hours + after install, still no support.

I truly can not understand all the 5 star ratings for their Support Team: it took three days for them to even look at my site. In the end, they did nothing, ignored my questions and basically blew me off. But the app generally does work. However, their Installation Guide is not accurate and I will not be buying any apps from this team.
