Great support, Fixed theme integration issue with time, Good APP.

Discount functionality didn't work after adding this app. Also, their support is not willing to fix it. Do not use this app if you want discount functionality working.

The app is excellent, but the customer service is on another level. The quality and timeliness of responses I received from their support team rivals that of well-established blue chip companies, which for a free app is almost unheard of. They were kind enough to help me install, troubleshoot, and even answer some additional questions I had. They saved me the trouble of hiring a coder or using a paid app to have my site execute the way I wanted it to, and they saved me many hours of trying to do this stuff on my own. Many thanks to the Hulk Support Team.

Easy to work with once it is installed. The developers were very helpful with the installation - great app, especially because its free!

At first I had some issue to install correctly the app, then I asked for help, and the customer service has been so helpful and they worked fast, as it was urgent. Very happy with the app and customer service.

Great app! It looks & works wonderfully with my theme (Supply). I had some technical difficulty installing it onto this theme and contacted support. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond and even installed the code for me! Customer support was excellent!

Great app. The only app I could find to add a simple add on option to my products in a simple way that would add an extra cost. the hulk team very kindly install it for me when I was having trouble and were really fast to get back to me with help. One very happy customer thanks so much

This app helps on providing customers customization options cleanly and easily. In addition, the app's tech support helped my store in installing their app when I switched themes. Very well pleased.

The product support just blew me away. The team is supporting me at all hours, which I'm very thankful for. I made a little oops initially when trying to install the code into my theme and they were able to find that I pasted the same code twice in one of my pages. A week later as I'm ramping up my site, I'm finding it super easy to add product options on my listing for accessories. I can update the same option for many listings at once, and make it as simple or complex as I need it to be. I'm looking forward to trying other hulk products soon!

Superb app. The customer support is always ready to help. We had a problem with the pictures of variant with the installation. Don't worry. This is a small matter that can be fixed by just letting the support know. Overall, the app itself is comparable to similar paid apps in the store with the features it offers. I give 5-stars for the team at HulkApps.

the technical support tried helping us, but the app didn't meet our needs.

Love the app. Support is suuuper helpful. What I needed was to create an option for monogrammed products... increasing or adding extra $ to the product of course. This app does that. You have to be a bit creative on how to achieve it - it'd be awesome if they could provide scenarios for common requests like that because it would prob save everyone a long time on setup/support. But 100% worth it. Thank you! A feature request for the pipeline: I'd also add a functionality for cases like mine (monogramed product) that on the little question mark - is it maybe called toolbox? - we could add a preview/image of how the product would look if that option is selected. This other app called Product Personalizer makes a really cool real-time edit to the featured photo to show how the personalization would look.... if this app has that it would just be IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT. Again, 100% worth it. Thank you!

After few weeks, bugs appeared and impossibility for tech support to take care. They simply did not know why! I spend a lot of time trying to find myself solutions, help come but 2 to 3 days later only by email, asking to ask the question with more details (or looked like they did not read the request up to the end, obviously). After multiple requests and more than a week to try to overcome this bug, I really regret, so much energy for nothing! If you are not ready to waste few weeks with a bad surprise at the end, don't bother with this App.

Great customer service, definitely recommended

The only thing I don't like about this app is that I didn't find it sooner! It works WAY better than the product options app I used previously that I paid a monthly fee for - and this one is FREE. I haven't had any issues with it and it integrates nicely into my website. I had trouble figuring out how to install it, but they helped me and had it installed for me within a few days. I am so happy I found this app!

I'm giving this app 5*s even though it wasn't the app I stuck with. Let me tell you why you should give this app ago. From what I've tried in the free product options apps this offers the most features that many paid apps offer. It was a little difficult to get my head around how the conditional options worked but once I become familiar it just made sense. I would have kept this app if I didn't have the js conflicts and theme dramas. Considering the apps Free!! Hulk Support was prompt and helped to fix many things that didn't mesh well with my theme. Much respect for the hulk team that worked hard solving many of the issues. The jquery conflicts with my theme, unfortunately, caused page errors on all my pages. :(

This app is easy to set up, reliable and customer service is impeccable. We need to do a small tuning to the app and their tech people did a brilliant job in no time. With these guys backing up this app, I would recommend it to everyone without any hesitation.

This app is more complicated than just "plug and play".... some theme integration / coding is required, but the HulkApps team was super helpful and responded quickly when I needed them.

I was having an issue getting my conditional options to work. Very shortly after they were able to fix the problem! If you are looking to add a bunch of item customization or build kits or bundles. This is the perfect app with great customer service.

I have to say I was a little dubious to begin with... I was unsure about all the 5 stars and high praise for a free app. However... I can now say that having downloaded the app it is fantastic - and free! I thought I would struggle with the coding side of things however I watched the installation video - which explained things perfectly and I was able to install it no problem. I then decided I wanted a few little tweaks so raised a ticket with support and was over the moon with the support I received, my tweaks were made at no additional cost or effort on my behalf. Don't know how it's free but it is and it's great. Highly recommended!

Amazing app that has all the features of most of the paid ones and super easy to use and customize... and then it's free. Can't beat that!

Works great, had a small problem with installation, I opened a ticket and the next day it was solved. Really appreciate this considering it's a free app! Thanks Hulk, you're incredible!! (see what I did there?)
