Great app and good customer service, however this app doesnt allow currency conversion apps to be used alongside it, and so if you have one, it will break it. Apparently they are working on a solution but I am yet to see it. If they fix this I will give them 5 stars. Will

So far I am loving this app! The app is free which is so nice and it allows for a lot of customization. The customer service is spot on and they help quickly when asked! I recommend this app if you are in need of custom products on your store!

Incredible. I tried a few different apps for options and this one pulled through. I didn't follow their directions (arrogance) to exactness so I had a few things go wrong. I asked for helped and they fixed everything. This is exactly what my cusomers need to add options to their products, especially, in my case, with additional pricing. Do it!

I highly recommend this application. It gives you control over your product options and allows you to group them. The support staff is excellent as well.

This app is amazing! Selling personalized gifts is not easy on shopify, but they made it easy! When I followed the directions, it didn't quite work; however, the support team fixed it for me right away!!! They were awesome. Thank you so much Hulk Support Team!!

Great customer service! I couldn’t figure out how to integrate the Custom Product Options app with my Shopify theme, so I contacted HulkApps customer support and they hooked up their app for me.

This app is fantastic, it does everything I wanted and more. I tried other options apps, this one has more features and is customizable beyond what the other free ones offer. The app itself is easy to use. Installation was a little difficult but the support is AWESOME! They had my site fixed up and working in no time, again all for free. If you need customizable options you should get this app.

Super cool free app, to recommend!

The App is great , once installed I have been able to customise my product pages and offer additional add on's and charge for them. This charge then carries through to checkout and is seen in the order report app. I admit I had trouble following the installation guide but I contacted Hulk Support and they sorted it very quickly. Would recommend this App and Hulk, great service and support. Thanks

The five stars is for the support, which is amazing for a free app, in fact it's amazing for a paid app. Very, very fast and helpful. The app did everything we needed and is free. My small critique is that if the documentation was a little clearer this could have saved them a bit bit of time with responding to a couple of my queries. HulkApps was great to resolve a conflict on my site with product images not showing correctly after installing the custom product options. They jumped on board and resolved the issue and our pre-sale was able to continue on. Many thanks HulkApps for the great app and great service.

Love this app and lovely helpful team. I struggled to install as I am rubbish with code and they helped me really quickly, and fixed the issues I was having. Would recommend to anyone who needs more options and I really love the swatch option as it uses little images of the fabric instead of a standard drop down menu, really impressed! The app does what it's supposed to do, but only after I reached out for help. Installing it was very difficult for me, since I don't know code very well. I had to let them have complete access to my account in order for them to edit it, which made me very uncomfortable. So far it's working though. So, overall I'm very grateful for this app.

HulkApps is one of those rarest of companies that overdelivers on everything they promise - quality of work, speed (one day turnaround) and communication (polite, friendly, super-helpful). When it comes to my business I have a lot of options for my customers. This app was exactly what I was looking for. Depending on your theme it takes a certain code they provide to install it. I was having trouble putting the code where it needed to go to work the proper way. I contacted Hulk Support and they immediately assisted me and got my store up and running the way I was picturing it in my head!!! Best customer service!!!

First, I was looking for a personalised options format for my site and going through a lot of apps and its cost (some of them were quite expensive) I came across this app which was completely free! I had to just do some basic copy paste code using their tutorial and it worked wonders! I had some minor issues, so I contacted the support team and they responded and resolved it immediately. Honestly, if I could give this app 10 stars, I would. Such a great app and very supportive customer care team!
