Great app, has a lot more options than other apps i tried. Although it caused a few small problems on my website but the hulkapps support were amazing, polite and very patient. Highly recommend it.

Quite a useful app, however with some limitations around currency. Also the customer service is quite handy.

These guys are AMAZING! Installation was very straightforward for light programming/coding savvy individual. The app works extremely well and suites our needs perfectly. We needed conditional logic that allowed only certain options to appear based on the user’s selection and this suited our needs and wants exactly. Figuring out how to arrange and fill in our options and the conditional logic did take a little getting used to but it was so easy and that could have been why it took getting used to. They don’t have an export feature out of the box and I wish they did but they offered to code that for a fair fee. I appreciate one time fees and agree with this. Paying monthly for features Shopify should include like their competitors for free is quite absurd and these guys came through and saved the day for Shopify. One thing I will not is their customer service goes above and beyond for you. They are competent, responsive and friendly. They do more than they should to be honest. Shopify users should implore themselves to consider Hulk Code not only for their great apps and customer service but also potential coding and features they need that Shopify should come standard with out of the box like their competitors volusion etc. Very happy with this app and the Hulk Code team.

HulkApps support team is nothing short of amazing! During the process of switching our store to Shopify, we realized that we were not able to have as many custom product options and the ability to have customers upload the the needed information in JPG or PDF formats. HulkApps gave us the opportunity to that and even more. First, HulkApps support makes the communication extremely easy and convenient. You send en email to support with what you need to be done, add HulkApps as staff to your Shopify Store, and a day later HulkApps support emails you back with the results! Second, if you need additional revisions to the work HulkApps already finished, they are willing and eager to get that done as well. It is almost they want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with ALL aspects of their work. To Rescue Contacts, that is the winning formula when it comes to partnerships. Lastly, HulkApps is free! We know that most people think that if services are free, then the results are just mediocre. That is not the case with HulkApps. This app is a function that I wish shopify had to begin with. I wanted to offer a 'build your own sampler' option, and apparently couldn't do that without some third party help. After comparing options, this one seemed like a good bet. And on top of that, it's free! Saving money is nice! The app is not the most user friendly, but HulkApps support is fantastic and will help with any issues that arise while setting this up. If you need -any- help at all with it, submit a ticket and they'll resolve it within a day and explain everything to you. My only recommendation for improvement is to include some documentation on how it actually works for setting up options, it can be a little confusing at first.

Simply the best product options app out there and it is FREE! I dare say it has tons of features that some other apps are even charging. Being a new user, the app was so easy to use and instal. Instructions were extremely clear. While they may lack field validations, but they make it up via their excellent customer service. I asked for help in validating my fields and there were really efficient and prompt. Replies were fast. Extremely helpful team and professional. I would really recommend this app to anyone who needs product options that Shopify lacks big time. Really grateful to HulkApps for this app. Bigs Thumbs up to the team! keep it going!

Customer service was very helpful and they were friendly with a quick response! The only reason I could not use this app was because I could not enter specific quantities of inventory per variant. I was told that they are working on a version that will allow for that, so I will probably try that when it's ready!

I almost cancelled the installation of this app - So glad I didn't!! After downloading the app to my store I just couldn't get the code to work as I envisioned it would. The HULK Support team was super - they fixed all the issues I had and the app is now one of the best features on my website. Way to go HULK - I'll be looking into more of their apps.

Didn't use the App yet but the customer service is responding and helping out. I would advise them to make some brief explanation on how to use the app as it is not intuitive (same way as they did on how to install it). It is not complicated but you need to be told once. I have used it and I think it has great potential however at the moment it doesn't integrate SKU management. So, if you create options with the App, you can't get a specific SKU associated with each single option. Depending on what your business is, it might require some extra manual inventory management. Now, the team told they are aware of this and looking into solutions. Customer support sevice team is very responsive, giving clear answers.

This Product Options App has made my shop to upgraded level, and built a personalized & multiple options for my handmade products. The HulkApps team is not only helpful, and also easy to communicate with, they can install this app with custom design to match my shop's theme. Thanks for everything you have done for us.

The app didn't work with the swatches at checkout. I was unable to see what color the customer would want. Customer service was good but unable to fix the problem.

This app is GREAT and a MUST-HAVE! Why? Because it solves one of those things Shopify is missing which should have been a basic feature, namely easy and fast set-up of custom variant add ons with custom prices, and it does it for free. Great app - and very helpful support team. The setting up was fairly straightforward using their installation guide. I've only used it so far for adding a custom option to a few of my products, but it was easy enough... and free!

I haven't yet tested it on a live version of my site, as I worked on a backup version as to avoid any downtime of my live site, but it appears to work great for my needs on my backup site! Installation was tricky, but support got me squared away within 24 hours of my inquiry. Support has actually been wonderful, as they fixed numerous issues I was having (that required special coding on their end). I really wish this app had the ability to add the options to "quick view" windows, and hope that is something they will add to an update. Still giving it 5-stars, because their support was great, and the app is free!

This app works great. Really easy to use and I like the fact that you can hide/show options based on conditions. I did run into a small issue during set-up but they were able to quickly go in and fix it within a day of submitting my support request.

THIS APP IS EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IT'S FREE !! I needed a form whereby my customers can add their custom measurements for made to order clothing and this app allowed me to do just that with beautiful results. The Hulkcode team were super helpful and assisted me both quickly and efficiently to help me merge the generated code to my shopify theme . I can customize the form myself without paying a coder to do it for me each time Thank you so much for this app !

I recommend this app to everyone! It is free, it has a lot of options, it is easy and, the most important, it is adapting the prices. Great app!

I highly recommend this app. We've tried many apps, looking for both functionality and design to be built and this is the first app for both. Starting out, they make installation very easy. I have 2 of their apps (this and Volume Discount) and both installed very easy. I did have to reach out to customer service as I was having what I thought was an issue. Turned out to be on my side and the way I had configurations within collections. Customer Service was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great support! In the one 4 start review, they talk about how the app breaks down the price. We find this is actually very helpful with being able to track exactly what is sold. While we are just a print shop, it's helpful to build analytics on what sells and what doesn't and this helps see how each sale is made. The overall options available to use are great. They give you a lot of options and you can build those out how you see fit. From there you go into configuring sets of options. Specifically, how different options interact with one another by creating conditions. You then can apply them to different products. I was very surprised at how easy it was to create the options, sets and conditions. The only thing that I would like to see changed at some point, is the way the price changes on the product page. The way it is currently setup is once the buyer selects the options, the price doesn't change but rather shows a note that the price will increase by $x.xx price. It's very easy to see and understand, however for a customer experience standpoint, I believe people are used to seeing the overall price change on the page. This isn't a deal breaker nor is it equal to a 4 start because they do a great job at making it very easy for the customer to see what the pricing change will be. Last thing I will say is using this with the volume discount app they offer (also for free) is seamless and wonderful. Everything works better than I would have expected and I'm thrilled to finally get not only the technology I need, but the options for design as well. Great job HulkApps!
