My issue was needing to manage the inventory by product (and not by variant), but also needing customisations that added to price (which variants are ideal for, but line item properties can't add to price). So I tried this product. With little code experience, I struggled to get it to work initially. They resolved my help ticket within 48 hours. In this time, I decided to go with the variant solution, and manage the inventory manually myself. I may go with their product further down the line - it seems that the customised price was adding tax, which I will need for something else later. But I'm sure this could be fixed easily anyway. The fix seems that I was adding the {%include 'hulkcode_options' %} line to product_template.liquid in the qrong place... it should have been before the unless line below (around line 257 in my Brooklyn Theme). {% capture "form_id" %}AddToCartForm--{{ section.id }}{%- endcapture %} {% form 'product', product, class:form_classes, id:form_id %} {% unless product.has_only_default_variant %} Also, I didn't like the italicised font on the radio buttons, nor the spread of the 3 radio buttons. Probably easily fixable, but right now I don't have time. However, this app is definitely worth persevering with if you want to: maintain PRODUCT inventory (not of variants) but also add customisations that add to price

I love this app, and the team was super helpful to get it properly set up when I encountered some issues during installation. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because it does not work with the currency converter app I had... or any for that matter (I tried a few.) In the end I had to delete the currency converter app, because I need the product options more, but wish I could have both.

I made a stupid mistake on our site that messed with the Hulk Product code. I feel like the Hulk team really bent over backwards to help me get the issue resolved really quickly. Very happy with their customer service!

One and only perfect app that offers such a useful feature to Shopify platform, and must mention that their support is very fast and reliable for this free app. Recommend for the all users who need to use more than 100 variants on Shopify.

Great support team. My problem was resolved very quickly. I had many questions regarding the app, all of which were solved by a developper.

I have no positive to things to say about this app, they asked for a review before I had used, it's day 3 & it's still not working and getting help is impossible If there was a minus -10 I would give it to them

I used this app for a couple of things. First, to show all the items that come inside the artisanal care packages that we sell on scenicmade.com. But the bigger problem for us is that we needed customers to be able to upload photos and text so that we can custom print a card for them. This app works perfectly! I am planning on adding some additional customization on our product, and I believe this app will be able to handle it. I still can't believe this app is free! And the customer support is good, also.

Great App and Excellenter Service! Despite the very detailed installation instructions, I had problems with the installation. A short email to the support was enough and they installed this extension in a short time! I think the service is just great!

I am very grateful for this amazing app, I can't believe it's free. It took my store too new heights. I have a Vaping store which I need to break down and give the customer the option to create their own flavour selections. It was impossible to do, but with this app, I could do it and it was easy! I use this app to help me collect my customers desires for product variations. The install did not work initially, but upon opening a ticket they very quickly corrected the issue for me. I wish that this worked with the cart drawer as well.

I needed an app that would allow me to add options to my shopping cart, and this app fits the bill. You will need to add some code to the theme you're using, so the app works properly. If you're not comfortable dealing with code, they'll do it for you! I highly recommend this app.

The app works fine. Installation is ridiculous. I emailed for support on instal and adding my option set to my item. They finished the install, which was helpful, but then they attached my option set to the wrong item. They sent me a screenshot saying this was "a test" but they left it attached to the completely wrong product! I will continue to use the app, but customer service is a joke. I feel like they are on autopilot and just aren't really paying attention.

I don't usually review apps, but I had to leave something to say how unbelievably frustrating and timewasting this app is. The coding takes ages to set up with poor instructions about placement in the code. No instructions about how to insert into product pages. FAQ's don't help. Now deleting all the code the app has installed. Save yourself the time and hastle.

I thought it is a good app to help us to provide more choices to customer. However , we face some problems after installing this app. So sad that 72 hours past , we don't get any reply . If we install this app , our page will occur errors .

I used this app to add on extra items and text to my products. I really like how it enables my customers to select multiple checkboxes and it automatically increases the price added to the cart. The installation instructions could be improved but the support is 5 star! Very friendly and helpful.

Very good app for easily adding custom options to your site. Can create conditions, for example, if button is selected, open text box. Works well, and support is great if you have trouble installing it.

Didnt like this app at all. Ended up choosing a different app. This one was not user friendly and had too much confusing coding going on. I gave up and switched to a much easier app. ***Update- Found out this app left coding on my theme which cause some of my features to not work. Had to work with my theme provider to have it removed so my site would work again. I'm avoiding all Hulk apps now thanks to the frustration.
