This app is powerful and almost perfect, we're already using it for 2 years. It's amazing to handle a large bulk of custom options, including image swatches, and many personalization fields, like text input for engravings in our case. And you can create multiple bundles of option combinations, applying them individually for subsets of your product portfolio. Exactly what we need to sell our custom-made leather products. Super helpful! What makes it absolutely outstanding though, is their excellent customer service (rating 5+ stars!): They're coding wizards and could solve multiple UX problems for our specific product and cart pages within no-time, literally overnight. Without these custom adjustments, the buttons and price formatting would not have matched our product pages' look & feel. But they went above and beyond to make it look consistent. You rarely get such amazing customer service anywhere today! Translations in the backend (our Shopify language is German) are still not great and leave room for misunderstandings (status: March 2023). But this is just a minor UX topic for you as an admin, and only if you're using Shopify in another language than English I guess. Other than that you just have to factor in some UX trade-off as of the checkout page, as a buyer's chosen product options will always translate into a separate product on the checkout page (with an empty placeholder image). This logic stays the same for all steps after of course, e.g. in connected order processing and billing apps (also showing this separate products on shipping labels and invoices). There is nothing Hulk could do about atm, as they can only customize the flow until the cart page to guarantee a consistent look & feel, but not any further. Therefore, the UX is not perfect until the end, but at least until the final checkout page where a buyer already made their decision. In total, I would give 4.5 stars. Great job overall!

This app is pretty easy to navigate. Support team is pretty helpful with setup and questions. Their response time is short and quick!

Would have loved this app if it was compatible with Zapiet Pickup and delivery app. Im going to find another compatible app. It would be nice if there was a page dedicated to incompatible apps. I would not have spend time testing this app.

I am still learning how to use it, and do flounder around trying to figure out how to make this or that work. I'll have it all down pat, eventually. But meanwhile, I'll tell you what.....the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Whenever I get stuck, they are right there in the chat, and some of their reps have worked *very patiently* with me for HOURS and hours sometimes. So there is always great help no matter what you are trying to accomplish.

Sehr unkomplizierte Installation und überragender Kundenservice. Uns wurde unglaublich schnell geholfen und alle Probleme wurden in Rekordzeit gelöst. Wer die Funktionalität seines Shops um unendlich viele Optionen erweitern will, der sollte definitiv auf diese App zurückgreifen. Klare Empfehlung!

Hulk Product Options is an awesome app to add to your store. You'll have so many options to add to your products. Their customer support is very helpful and always fast assisting with coding issues. Definitely worth the extra for the app.

This is the best simple product options app on the shopify app store. I installed every single product options app available and this one was better in the back end, nice UI in the front end and very easy to use. Don't waste your time with the others. I already did the testing for you. Get this app if you want simple straight forward shopify product options. Only thing I still need to test is cart display, edit feature in cart and finally test check out.

The app is very helpful, the most affordable and easy-to-use option app across Shopify. Their customer service is also very efficient, Nisha helped me with cart pricing and helped change my code in couple of minutes.

We don't need a lot of customizations on our site but we still struggled to find the perfect app to help us until this one! When running into problems, we hopped on a chat with customer service and they were able to resolve our issue in a couple minutes! Definitely recommend.
