Since the majority of consumers say they’ll stick with a brand that offers a loyalty program, I already had a vision of how my new shop should look and function so I was searching for apps to make my shop stand out from the crowd with good aesthetics and scalable functionality. When I came across Growave I found exactly what I was looking for. When you realize what you get for the price it's definitely worth it. Their support is off the charts with live chat which is the industry standard. Alice assisted me and I couldn’t ask for more. She’s is super professional and has great communication and problem solving skills. So, if you’re serious and want to grow a successful business this is the app you should invest in.

Have used this app and everything went well. They have a good support and able to achieve my desired colour and look based on my theme. I tried to activate the review app but it affects some of the apps which makes it messy. I also thought of upgrading but when I check their plan the lowest is $199/month, I just uninstall it. Now I see $49/month but still a huge amount for a starter like me.

Quick summary about Growave – Highly polished product and trusted team. The functions are quick to load and small and we haven't encountered any problems or bugs with the Growave product. Absolutely amazing support from Growave. The support and tech teams are extremely courteous, responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. The Growave teams follow up on each requests/questions/concerns, and they are genuinely passionate about their work and product.

This app is phenomenal and does exactly what I need it to. Every feature of the app looks clean and professional on my website. The app itself is just a great way to engage your customers more with your store and products and overall brand. On top of that, each of the apps are straightforward and easy to use which I like a lot. One of my favorite things about this app though is the customer service. I was in a very long and ongoing email thread with growave support regarding some minor problems I needed help me. Not only were they quick to respond, but the support team listened to what I had to say and made sure they fixed the issue and made sure I was happy with it. They're attentive and do a great job of taking care of their customers. The app works perfect, but it was the customer service that really made me appreciate the app more. Thank you again for all the help!

Excellent customer service. It has helped to consolidate our software stack, which has helped to streamline our marketing and outreach strategies.

Beware! These folks like to do their own app installs, which could be good or bad, depending. For us, it was not a good experience. If you do decide to get involved with these guys, make sure you backup your theme yourself before they start. They implement changes on live sites without backups and will write over customizations in place. If there are issues with the app, it is not possible to revert the changes. We found their developers to be sloppy and undisciplined. Many mistakes were made. They do keep in touch and are willing to re-do the work over and over and over again until they get it right. However, in our case, they never did get it right, and after some weeks, we lost patience and confidence in their company. UPDATE: Growave has asked us to remove this negative review several times. They accused us of being bad people ("A good person would not want to hurt another's business."). They claim they have corrected all the problems that we experienced. Maybe so. But we gave them many chances over many weeks, and mistakes were repeated and new mistakes made. You will have to decide for yourself.

Growave is a 5-Star level app, period. You get over 9 uniform apps to really synchronize your store into a full fledged data collecting machine. Their support is always willing to assist when you have a question, but you Must be patient on "when" you get a response..it doesn't come like "immediately" when you expect,but don't worry about that because they will take care of everything for you and then some. My site looks great with their features and they're more than willing to work with you regarding each one of their services and support you if you have Any problems regarding your account or otherwise. The price shouldn't frighten you, believe in your store and it'll take care of the price. You're actually saving a LOT of money using this app. At least three apps with the same features will easily run a $100 bucks so why spend that when you can have everything you need in one place? Really nice App. I tried 10 different apps for making a wishlist before i came across this one. Needed help to integrate it and modify it to fit my store. Their support helped me with everything and modified it to fit my needs. There are a few features included in this app. Reviews, Email wishlist, Pixels and a lot more. BIG THUMB UP especially because of the extra good support from this crew.

I use Growave for its wishlist app and the product reviews. It also has many other uses such as a rewards program for customers. The app has been satisfactory, but I am most pleased by the customer service. Everything happens fast, and they work hard. Everything is pretty much done for you, which is nice for a busy person like myself. Much recommended!

I am relatively new to shopify, but have used and worked with a fair few apps. As an Australian based business it is harder to find reliable, well oiled apps that function as good as they say. However, Growave has been one of the best apps and customer service interactions of my life!! After I initially set-up they sent out an email confirming that all was well. There was just a few issues/concerns I had and I thought, why not ask? To my pleasant surprise they resolved these issues immediately and followed up by answering and resolving other issues that I found that had nothing to do with their app. 16 emails later and Growave has given my store a great new customer account look, a personalised review set-up, a wishlist system that is bug free and working how I envisioned it. The most incredible part to me is that I am on a free subscription at the moment and haven't spent a cent with Growave. I honestly, couldn't be more impressed with the effort, commitment and continual effort of the Growave team. Furthermore, the functionality of the apps features are incredible and extremely easy to implement. Once my store goes live with all going well I hope to join their start-up businesses subscription service because I have had a huge amount of effort and time powered into details to do with their app and to do with issues completely separate to their app, and if they are willing to do that on a free basis the extra integrations will be a bonus worth paying for. Thank you to the growave team!

I just use the wishlist but very happy with it. When I wanted to change the layout of the buttons, they did it by the next day and the customer service is excellent!!

The customer service this app provides is top notch! I've worked with other apps like this is the past and this one is by far the best, plus everything works smoothly and looks great with my website theme. If you are on the fence about adding this app, i'll tell you right now...just do it. You'll thank yourself later.

This app has been amazing find for me! It combines 3 key things that I need in my store: Reward System, VIP Tiers, and Wishlist. Plus I love the sticky reviews button on my homepage (especially in mobile) which immediately brings up site credibility. There were a few bugs during the migration process to their reviews app - but the support team is incredible! I think one of the best support teams I've seen on Shopify!! They've hand-held during this migration process and I'm very satisfied. Still migrating on the loyalty app - but I expect a smooth process to the finish. Great job guys!
