Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

Absolutely love them. Costumer support is fast and above. Reach to them with no fear as they'll do there best to help & fix the issue. I have them on my first store and now my second store. Best of luck to everyone out there and I know you will probably get upset at first is hard but Don't give up and push foward. I'm not quitting so why should you. Have that mind set of looking at good in anything bad. Store didn't launch on expected time good we got more time to add product. Didnt get sales good you can get more experience and improve. Got tap out good is better to tap and learn in training then in the real thing. Get that mindset and look for the good and everything.

This app worked perfectly in my previous theme, but after I switched themes it stopped. I contacted support and they immediately emailed me back and resolved the issues. I currently use the wishlist & social login features for my store, and they work like a charm Thanks Growave! Big UPS to the Customer Success Manager that assisted me #T.K.

This app has been amazing find for me! It combines 3 key things that I need in my store: Reward System, VIP Tiers, and Wishlist. Plus I love the sticky reviews button on my homepage (especially in mobile) which immediately brings up site credibility. There were a few bugs during the migration process to their reviews app - but the support team is incredible! I think one of the best support teams I've seen on Shopify!! They've hand-held during this migration process and I'm very satisfied. Still migrating on the loyalty app - but I expect a smooth process to the finish. Great job guys!

So I’m a new online boutique and I know I need to build trust with people so I went on an app that had reviews. I fell in love with this app because it had reviews, rewards, a wishlist and more!!! They got everything integrated for me. Their customer service is AMAZING. Tutta helped me and got everything done so quickly!!! I love everything about this app and I’m looking forward to see the return on investment!

Tried installing it myself but I'm not good with code so I was immediately frustrated. Contacted them via the contact form and within a few hours they had set up reviews and wishlist on my site! It looks so good :)

Their team is very helpful and kindness, I met some problems when I installed and used this App, they helped me right away and I think this app will help me in the furture.

As well as the App we use Growave to help us with ad hoc developments to our site and to fix any issues made by previous developers. Growave customer service and knowledge of Shopify is impressive. They always try to find a solution and we have been impressed with their knowledge and ability to deliver quickly and efficiently. Often they can fix issues that other developers struggle with! If you need some developer support for your shopify website, speak to these guys!

This app by Growave is amazing. Has so many features that you can do away with many other apps. Usually, an app that does many different things, does one thing well and the other functions are afterthoughts, but this isn't the case here. It's amazing and does each of the many functions extremely well. The app is super powerful and works as expected. Support has been just as amazing and very responsive. I highly recommend this app!!! Writing a second review because I am just so amazed at the app and also the customer service provided to my shop. In the beginning I needed an app for rewards and a wishlist. I tried other apps but it just did not do it for me. That was when i tried Growave and was so amazed at how they tailored everything for me from the colour to the placement. They did everything according to what i needed and wanted. After opening up my store and having the app run smoothly, I decided I needed a review section and within a day of emailing them my requirements and needs, everything was up as communicated. I cant recommend this app enough! So if you are looking for client rewards, wishlist, reviews and more THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU!!! The customer service is phenomenal.

I was having issues incorporating the add to favourites button to the featured portion of our site. Upon emailing them i was replied to promptly and all adjustments were made to my satisfaction. Thank you Tattu Kachieva and growave for such a seamless experience.

I wanted to add some nice features to my website, like the Reviews and Wishlist, so I chose this app. I have a new store that isn't open yet and I'm a new business, so I have to ramp up and get sales going before I can go full feature. But the free features I've added are really nice. They gave my store a whole new look and feel, like the big dogs. :) I like that. But forget all that. I'm loving these young people behind the gears. They are the coolest group of developers I've talked to since..., well, ever. :) And I've been around a while. You can feel their energy and that they're into what they're doing. I asked them to remove some text on one of the features, and they did it lickity split. But it's their whole personality, and the way they communicated with me about it that was so awesome. They know how to talk to people. It makes all the difference. I wish them great success. Once I open up shop and start to grow, I can take a look at all their other app features and see what else I can add to boost my business. But if you're reading this and thinking about whether or not to go with this app, I think you'll be comfortable with the support you get when you reach for help. The customer service with this app is incredible. Using the app is very easy and straight forward. I wanted to have a wishlist icon in between the search icon and cart icons which is something that didn't come out of the box and emailed the team to ask how to do it but instead of giving me information Tattu just did it for me. She replied to my emails so quickly, and was always so helpful and informative. Even after changing my theme, Tattu was still really happy to help me again and again. 10/10 I recommend this app.
