I am only using the wishlist feature of this app but the support has been exemplary. They work with me to achieve the customization I need to maintain a native appearance. Things like tweaking the icon over product thumbnails (still a work in progress but a commendable number of revisions have been provided) to making the heart animate when clicked are within their scope of ability. In the end, I was even offered a 3-month free trial for my inconvenience. Although I don't use any of the other features because other apps have me covered, if you aren't covered and can afford their moderately priced plans, I'd recommend you give them a try. There's nothing to lose, really.

I was setting up my new store and requested for integration support. Great and fast response from the Support team. Professional and acomodating. If there is a 7 star, I would would have given them that rating. As for the apps. I looks very nice and doesn't put much clutter on my website. I'm sure my investment on this app would return 100 folds. I has all the things I need in 1 app.

I am taking advantage of the free 14 days trial and I am amazed. I had a great support from the beginning. They settled the app for me, migrated customers point from another app, they are always present and always helpful . The customers immediately noticed and appreciated the changes ( now they can have a wishlist, can log in from a social network etc) . I will for sure upgrade to a basic plan. So much happy. Does not exitate to try this app!

Bad UX and Judge me is better. Installed both and Judge me got 50 reviews in a week while Growave didn't. Judgeme is free as well.

Very good support, I dealt with Tattu Kachieva, she met my expectations, solved the few parameters to be adjusted and answered all my questions. To all those who will hesitate, go ahead with your eyes closed, the features offered are innovative and efficient. Aurélien.

Affter I did have some problems, they appologized and they did a good job. The issue overall seems to be fixed and they dealt professionally with the situation. So it´s just fair to change my review and give them a second chance.

This app is very useful and their support is also very prompt. Many of the features like Rewards, Automatic Emails , Social Login are really easy to use and helpful I will really suggest this to my friends.

You're going to love the customer service. Quick, smart, efficient, and helpful, always. And as someone who's worked in ecomm for years, using hundreds of apps across multiple stores in different industries, I'd say this... options are great, and features are fun, but what's really (REALLY) hard to find amongst all that stuff is real customer service. And from people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Not just people who copy/paste the same text their boss told them to say to every customer. Ask yourself how often you've worked with people like that? Not a lot, right? Genuinely a pleasure to work with Growave these past couple of months. And I'm sure it will continue to be a pleasure!
