Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

Growave team did a great job of installing the Reviews and Wishlist parts of their app to my store with my custom template. I am trying it out these two features now and hope to upgrade to paid version leverage rewards and social sharing features in the future.

Excellent Customer Service! Unlike most apps, this app has support reach out to you and initiate help. Very quick response and delivers everything they say they will! A lot of apps on here have a lot of red tape when it comes to tech support but this one doesn’t.

TOTALLY not amused! The app says it does a bunch of things, but the only free tools are nothing but crap. When you delete the app, the app leaves a whole bunch of unneeded files in the code section. This is really annoying! I even don't know If I can delete them, because maybe the triggers are nested in my other code I had from my theme. TOTALLY NOT HAPPY! This is total bullshit. Thanks for waisting all my stuff!

Incredible support staff. So easy to set up and link to my website. The staff even made sure the colours match back to my website. Very happy with the integration process. :) Would highly recommend.

I love Growave! It definitely made a huge difference. I think reviews become even more appealing when the shop owner responds and that's one of the reasons we updgraded from the free version. I also like the idea of rewarding customers for referrals and visits with points that they may redeem for future use. Tattu is awesome!

This is one of the best app on Shopify. I really think this would be a great add to my website and I love it.

I have only just installed Growave so can't comment on what it has done for my sales/customer confidence and loyalty, however Alice has been doing the integration and has done an absolutely fantastic job. She has co-ordinated everything and all my comments re adjusting how it looks and where buttons are etc - I couldn't recommend her more highly for dealing with the integration and helping make it look fantastic on my website. 5***** for customer service and taking all the hassle of coding away from me! Everything has been done quickly and to my exact requirements. Let's hope the app itself performs as well as the customer service and integration team! Many thanks

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even if I have the free plan, they didn't hesitate to help me to fix my inquire. I ask them to change the font of the wishlist button and they did it in less than one day. I am very satisfied with their customer service. This is the kind of support any kind of app should have to be the number one. Quick and simple way to communicate with them.

Growave has helped me build trust with my customers by allowing me to display detailed reviews, allow customers to use their social accounts to log in, and allows them to save items to a wishlist. whenever I have an issue setting something up they always assist me in a timely manner. Tattu is super helpful! Really can't express how helpful she is with all the support. The app itself is really great. I prefer this aesthetic much better than all the other review apps. Not hating on the others but Growave just looks much more professional. Cheers guys
