Reviews for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

I recently began using the Growave app and have found it nothing but useful and amazing! The customer service team has been exceptional in assisting me with any issues I have. As well, the process of integrating the wishlist button, reviews and rewards onto my website was smooth, however, when I faced challenges, the customer service team in collaboration with the technical team were always there to assist me! All I can say is that this is a beautiful/very useful app, with a top-notch team behind it. Update - as of August 13th 2021, I am updating my review to give further praise to the team at Growave, especially to Tina & Alex who are part of the support team, and the Dev team as they have truly provided support to me like no other company ever has with my business. Let me give a back story. About a week ago I learned that the Shopify theme I was utilizing for my store had released an update and so during the weekend I was working on updating my site. Accidentally, without remembering to save or duplicate my original store version, I deleted it. It felt like my world was over. All the months of work are all gone including the integration done for me by Growave. Over the week, with an incredible effort from myself, my cofounder, and my team, we were able to piece the site back together. Unfortunately, Growave's integration was lost. In my mind, I could only imagine the backlash I was going to receive from the Growave team as they were supportive and they went over and beyond with the first integration, now I have to tell them I deleted all the code and they will have to help me redo it (Keep in mind if I had received backlash for that they would have been absolutely justified). However, I informed Alex and Tina about what had happened and they met with so much love, sympathy, and understanding. They were so kind and amazing to me and worked with the dev team to integrate all the features and get my site back to the amazing way it used to look. I know this is such a long review but I just want to thank Alex, Tina, and the Dev team for all their effort. It means a lot to me and thinking about how everything played out makes me want to cry with tears of joy. Thank you so much to the entire Growave team for all they do and I know as my company becomes successful I will continue to tell this story and let people know how Growave was a company that contributed significantly to my business success! Thank you all again. Love you all.

Fantastic app with great features. Every time I contact support for some customizations, they quickly get them done. To me, they're faster than McDonald's!

The best thing about the Growave is that they have a awesome support team. They are so friendly and helped me to integrate the app to my theme quickly. I will thank Alex and Tina for doing a great job.

We Like the app. It has taken a while to set it up the way we want but customer service is friendly, and quick to respond, and helped us get it to work well. We still have a long way to implement Growave more but it looks very promising.

I am not using this app for a long time, but so far I am loving it. It is very easy to set up, and one app can do the job for so many features! Reviews, wishlist, loyalty, refer a friend! When I had issues how referral works, I had a full video with explanation how to do it in my store! Definitely will keep the app for longer!

6 Stars! Incredible customer service. 10 Feedback loops or so to change design and functionality, all answered very friendly, quickly and with no hesitations. The app works flawlessly, is easy to set up and has a pleasingly simple UX.

Absolutely loving this app especially that it has so many features all in one and for a decent price. I especially love the rewards program and the wishlist is very helpful to re-engage people or let them know when something is about to go out of stock. The customer services is also 10/10 and also 24/7. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We selected this app after a long-term search to find the best solution for our shop. No we have 4 apps of 5 set up. Until now we havent had any problems or malfunctions. We though have many "little" customization tasks, setting the looks to match our store design, and they always made them for us, in addition, quite quickly! Thank you guys for that, sometimes we feel guilty when we find a new detail to be customized... :) The features we got using Growave are amazing, and the look of the app is gorgeous. They add so much to our store! Plus, people started to use very quickly, and of course it means UCG for us. Biggest task to solve is translating the app, just like Shopify, to translate it - if you dont use it in English - is quite a big work, but you have to do it once...The last app we will launch is Rewards, we are afraid of it a bit, hope we will find the good settings. Now we are still working on setting and customizing the notification emails, and then release it :) We will add an update later to this review, but what we have experienced and saw until now is definiately 5 stars. The Growave app is among the best on Shopify. With its many great features, the app is simple to use and quick to get up and running. Support and customer service are outstanding. Every request I made was handled within 24 hours. I was even able to request custom modifications so that my store's theme would seamlessly integrate with theirs. Thank you to Alex and their amazing team. I highly recommend Growave.

Growave is undoubtedly one of the most reliable, versatile and to go app on Shopify app store in my opinion. I have a wonderful onboarding experience and all my queries were resolved within 24 hours, Thanks to ALEX. Their support service is top-notch and they have maintained it that way. I was having issues with the fave heart icon showing up and I actually emailed over the weekend. Alex was kind enough to let me know the difference in hours and quickly responded to my email early next business day. And poof, my fave icon was back and all is working! Thank you!

I was able to consolidate 3 different apps I had into 1 app. Reviews, rewards program, and social login. It took awhile to get all my reviews brought over from stamped.io but the support staff was very responsive and helpful. Everything is working now, and growave works so much better than my old apps.

UPDATE: Updating to 5 stars, as I never had an issue with functionality, just issues with communication and the billing tier. Growave's customer service worked with me tirelessly to correct the billing tier issue. With that said, I find the suite of functions to be so very easy to configure and integrate with my site. It's been the easiest, most comprehensive loyalty app I've found so far. I highly recommend, and if you're having issues with communicating with the support team, please have patience!

Growave has everything that my store needs; all in one place. The team is so helpful and responsive!

I just started to use this app, and it really eases my work. I wanted a loyalty program, product reviews, wishlist, social media integration... anything to increase engagement. This app has it all! All the templates are pre-loaded. I especially love the quick responses of Alex and his team, they really guide me through using this app. I think I'll continue after the free-trial period, because it is so complete!

I asked the guys from Gowave to add a review option so people could leave their reviews on the product pages. They added this to my product page in a snap. After two days I was already able to get product reviews directly to my page. Very good customer service reaction.
