Wow! So many features. Absolutely wonderful app. I have researched the prices and other apps similar and this one is outstanding by far! The app is impressive and the support was amazing. I had a number of items i raised with support and was integrating a couple of apps together for some really in depth features. Tina was always really quick to respond and anything i asked for was resolved perfectly and with a great turnaround time. To be honest, some of the stuff i was asking for was beyond what i expected these guys would solve for me, but nothing was questioned. Awesome app and awesome company. Thanks for everything.

This app is a great 1-stop shop for reviews, rewards (loyalty program) and wishlists. Very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is top notch! Alex is very knowledgable and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Growave and their support team, especially Tina, have been instrumental in helping us launch our rewards program, reviews, and wishlist. They helped with the integration into our new theme in ways no other developer has even come close! They were quick and super supportive despite their super busy schedule! In addition, this app works WONDERS!! It's *almost* flawless in the way in integrates with so many other apps + multilanguage support which is key for a Canadian company.

UPDATE FOR BELOW PROBLEM: I am impressed of reaction after my 2 stars review by Growave team. They were so responsive and positive to overcome my problem. Well deserved 5 stars from me to Growave. Hope they can keep this reaction and approach to all customer requests not only for reviews. However, they ask for Enterprise plan fee which is 299$ to access API. It is unbelievable. Dear Growave, Please find a cheaper way for your customers to integrate with your partner apps. I am not eager for your API, I just need integration with your partner app. 299$ is not normal, is it ?

Awesome support, I love how simple the app is to use for my rewards program and social login. Support is always there if needed.

At first, I was not really impressed with the app when I started setting it up. Because it lacked customization options and I am not a developer. So I thought I will get in touch with the app support and see what they can help me with. To my surprise, they were willing to help me out to adjust the features so it is on-brand. Tina, from the app, was so professional, quick and kind. I am definitely keeping the app! And Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Very pleased!

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I'm using Growave for a month now and I can say that the app is working very well and meets all my expectations from the app! We had some issues because of the previous app but whenever I write to the support, they solve my problem almost immediately! I wasn't expecting such quality customer service. Special thanks to Tina, she's basically my savior angel! The app deserves more than 5 stars. I strongly recommend it!

We've been using this app for more than a year and can't be more pleased with the product and service. The value is fantastic (it has saved us literally hundreds upon hundreds of dollars) and not only that, if there are ever any issues, their team is quick to resolve them. It does look like some of the UI has been refreshed and it would be great to receive those updates. We receive notice about these updates, but they're not implemented on our shop. Other than that, we highly recommend this app. The value and service is impeccable.

I've used the free version of this app for a year now and have just upgraded to the Basic version. It's a great app, have had no problems with it at all. It's simple to use and customer service are quick to reply and very helpful.

Excellent customer service! The app works beautifully and is a powerful tool to interact with customers and expose to potential customers the reviews from from your stores and products. We had a minor issue, which we communicated thru customer service and the follow up experience in solving it was superb! I installed this app a few days ago to use the wishlist, reviews, rewards, and instagram features on our website, and it has been nothing short of amazing! First off, the fact that it has all of those features in one app is awesome to begin with. On top of that, the customer service team, Alex specifically, has been extremely helpful and fast with altering and customizing all of the features to look exactly how I want them to. Love this app and highly recommend!
