The app is very good and support is excellent and fast. I've uninstalled it because it makes it mandatory for customers to create an account, while I prefere to let them decide if they want to join the reward program (and create an account) or just purchase more quickly.

Very cool features came with this app. i really like those. However, the app navigation needs to be more user-friendly and should have more customization capabilities. Anyway the customer service is very helpful and they help me set up the app.

Easy to use and fantastic, fast customer service!! The customer service took the anxiety out of learning yet another Shopify app. Our customers are happy, too, that they don’t have to download anything or keep track of their points. We have an older demographic and it’s worked beautifully.

It's very great app! Very useful, there's a lot of function on it and really stable! And also the support team is so fast and quick response to resolve our problem! My shop is growing fast after I install Growaves app! especially for the Customer Tier. Our customer now will always re-purchase on our shop in a certain times to keep their Tier, points and rewards. It's really so obvious to feel the different after we use this app. Thank you Growaves :)

Very nice app, mostly rest of the apps just are really expensive but this one has a reasonable price. Most importantly, their customer support is amazing, I had an issue and they fixed it in less then a day!

We only just started using it but so far it's been a very good experience. The setup was incredibly easy and intuitive, and where we needed some support on styling the widget, Binazir in the support team has been an absolute super start. We're looking forward to see it being used by our customer and what difference it'll make to our sales.

It is a very great app. Whenever I had any issues, I was able to contact the support team and they were able to resolve all issues quickly. I just want to say the account manager Gera have been so wonderful. she has a lot of patience and very prompt on all my quiries. I used this app for over a year and it was a big mistake for our store. I would say that in the last year or so I received only a couple of reviews and I couldn't understand why. I changed from this provider to another and started getting reviews immediately. The cost of using this program is immeasurable to us.

So far I am very pleased with this app. I'm still in the trial period but it was easy to set up and integrate, and in the few instances I had issues it was incredibly simple to get assistance. Customer support is prompt and helpful, and willing to make individual changes to suit the customer. So far I'm fairly sure I'll be continuing past the trial period.

Outstanding support was offered to me. When I saw the app I instantly wanted it because it provided all the features I was looking for in one seamless app. The installation was a little tricky for me so Growave stepped in and helped customize it to my liking. Kani, Almaz, and Aidana were incredible. With all its great features, I know it's going to play a major role in growing my business.

We've had Growave running for a while now but only just got around to really deepdiving into it and marketing to our customers. I had to prove all the functionality before I sent emails and got myself into a pickle. So after playing with it I had a few questions on how it ran properly and the support person was very patient with my investigation and we were able to answer all the questions I had. There's definitely some functionality which would make the platform better but you need to understand what each version you're paying for offers. So far so good!
