Absolutely fantastic support team! Super helpful and responsive. App is just as great, whatever I needed was just there and worked as expected! I used PageFly for awhile, but I genuinely like GemPages better!

Although sometimes I experience a bit of technical issues. The team is always fucking on point. Great customers service and they work hard and fast to solve my issues. Great app!

Really great app

I've tried several page builder apps, but GemPages is by far the best. It takes a little time to understand how everything works, but once you go through it once, it becomes really easy to use. I had an issue and reached out to customer support, and Roxanne helped me out. She was super friendly and provided amazing assistance. Thanks to her, I was able to solve my problem quickly. Tech support took more than 30 minutes, BUT! it was amazing how they fixed my problem really fast guiding me to every part.

I had a few issues with my page and they fixed it within minutes, both my issues which I had no idea about how to fix. It was super technical their tech team found and fixed the issues so quickly. Super happy with the service

Been using them for 5 years and every few months there is some issue. As soon as you delete them and they do an update, your pages are going to be messed up so you will need to download the app again and talk to support to fix it. This is very annoying because it constantly happens and you will not run away from this issue. If you are a big brand with many clients, this app is definitely not for you. If you are a beginner then maybe its fine.

GemPages is pretty easy to learn and amazing to use once you get the hang of things. It's light years better Shopify's editor and well worth the money. And their support is so good. Again, puts Shopify support to shame. This should probably be a 5, but there are just a handful of minor things that would be nice. I'll call it a 4.8.

GemPages has been great, their support is timely and they always get back to us with a solution. Their drag and drop feature makes it super easy to create a stunning website.

Amazing app. Very fast and very helpful customer support. You can play with different funnels, etc. I've been using Funnelish previously and it was a pain in the ass. Gempages is way better.
