Customer service way too good must try for who want to build and customize their pages .

I use Gempages since a week and had some issues which where solved perfectly. Sometimes you need a little bit patience until they answer. But then it works great. I used pagefly before and changed to Gempages because it works smoother for me and they have some very interesting features pagefly doesn´t have.

Thank you to the team for such a wonderful app. At first it was a bit difficult to understand, but later I realized how much this app is above the normal functionality of the theme. All the top features from other applications are collected here, and you do not need to separately install applications for example for additional fields, or to change the Buy function. I've used ClickFunnels, Instapage, Unbounce, etc and for our needs, GemPages is by far the best option with most flexibility for Shopify. Great app and great support. Do not spent much money buying sections from shopify by default as GemPages already have a few houndred of these as a standard.

Gamechanger! Support is very fast and so helpful! The Pagebuilder is working insane is such a help.

Very good App for the people who want to personnalise their website pages and if you need help the Gempages team are always there to give you a quick answer!

Day 1 we found that nothing was saved after 3 hours of work on a lander. Day 2 we contacted the support, was told this is likely a connection issue: Session timed out. So we save every 15 minutes. At the end of day 2, nothing was saved again. We contact the support again, seems no clue. And there is no recoverable backup. Enough. Saving every 15 minutes also not working. And the CS was trying to say we have too many theme sessions, more than 20 while we are at 19. He doesn't even bother to check our account before making any suggestion, while he already got the collaborative access. It's a wonderful app and the support is superb! It takes some getting used to but it's great to know there are people behind you every step of the way - highly recommend.
