By far the best POD business for internationally-based businesses, I wish they had more stationery options like lined notebooks, hence the four stars. Other than that, great easy to set-up tool and fast delivery. Love it!

I love the integration. It works seamlessly. The only concern is the flat rate shipping. Your Shopify store charges a flat rate but the actual shipping cost would vary by weight and there's no way to solve this other than editing shipping profiles for each product and each shipping zone which is quite tedious

Finally a product that claims to be "an integration", which is a REAL integration: you don't have to go crazy with the worry of double-checking everything every time you load a product. You just load it up and ... Forget it: it's ready to go. For us it was hilarious to use Gelato: I contacted customer support not to ask them for guidance and support (the knowledge base is complete on this) but every time to get confirmation on things like "Is it REALLY enough to do such simple operations? here? Really really? " Using Gelato makes us feel like children in the land of toys every time.

Working with Gelato as our fulfillment partner has been an absolute pleasure. Their fully hands-off fulfilment has allowed our business to grow smoothly. I'm able to use my time for product development, marketing and planning, rather than fussing over fulfillment every day. Their localised production means we were able to seamlessly expand from Europe to the US without any heavy lifting on our end. The customer service is top notch (I haven't had to wait more than a minute to reach an agent). If you're looking for a print-on-demand partner, I have no hesitations in recommending Gelato. Actually I wanted to wait a few weeks before I write a review. But I've had Gelato for a week now and I've probably contacted the chat support 10 times already because I misunderstood or misinterpreted one or the other thing. The Gelato team has ALWAYS been FRIENDLY, FAST and DIRECT in helping me. I never had a wait longer than 5 minutes and my questions or problems were answered/solved in less than 5 minutes.

I have been using Gelato for almost a month now and I couldn't be happier. I'm selling wall art, mainly canvases for now and the customers are loving the product. Having different distribution centers around the world helps with delivery time and costs as well. I'm looking to expand with more products from Gelato and I'll be automating my orders as much as possible using the app's full potential which has been great and easy to use so far!

Gelato has very high-quality products for print on demand, a very simple interface, and simple and transparent ordering Now I work with gelato for more than 6 months as a drop shipper in a mug shop. I have to admit that gelato has very high-quality cups and their print is really very high quality. The whole system with gelato from order to dispatch is very simple. Even the print settings are easy. Their support is very fast and if you need help they have professional people to help you. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great service to print-on-demand items. I will definitely be working with them again.

Someone responded to my question in a timely manner and my problem was resolve. It was a pretty easy and seamless process.

I've used this Gelato in the past and am blown away with the friendly AND fast support. I still can't understand why competitors of Gelato are so highly praised while Gelato is around. They absolutely rock it. Only things I wished they would improve on: A broader selection of products and the ability to offer personalised packaging. But besides that, amazing!

Gelato is easy to use and very intuitive and very quick to pick up and learn. Easy to work out what you need to do. Easy to combine with Shopify

I highly discourage anyone who wants to create personalized products with gelato. Gelato+ still has far too many bugs to fix. I had to recreate a design 3 times because there were always technical problems. I'm just waiting for a response from Gelato's IT team because my theme just won't load and neither I nor support can explain it.

I used several print on demand apps before I settled with Gelato. Gelato was so easy to use and was helpful to know that they have printing partners in so many countries around the world. This was the game changer for me because that allows my customers to receive shipments quicker. Customer service is also on point, quick and available. One thing I would like to suggest is to get larger sizing beyond 3XL. Looking forward to a long relationship with Gelato!

In my opinion the best POD! The shipping time (in germany) is amazing! I just had some problems with some orders, but the support chat just fixed them really fast. Keep going guys, you're doing a great job :)

New to Print On Demand...and have been very happy with products ordered and delivery has been quick. Enbaled me to add to product range easy.

Gelato works seamlessly with Shopify and I mean seamlessly! Great range of products, that hopefully will be added to in the future.

An update: Ultimately disappointed with their service. Unhelpful and clueless customer service. Uneven print quality. Very limited product range in the apparel category. Confusing and slow design editor that they keep changing all the time and not always for the better. Their price point is still good but that's all.

Excellent app. I've been using this app for almost 2 years and have had one issue with setting up the bill payment of which was resolved immediately. For now I only use the wall art as they offer the upscale print options I was looking for, like acrylic glass, brush aluminum print, and more. The prints always turn out beautifully and delivery timing is every better.

Gelato has been great no issues at all & easy to use & great prices to. I just wish they had as more sweater & tee colours that Printify have, more trending colours it lets them down a bit. Hoping for more home decor soon, like cushions. They are great for Australian customers too which is incredibly favourable.
