Absolutely amazing service! They print and ship out orders incredibly fast on a high-quality selection of products worldwide. Also, their team really cares about your success and will schedule a team meeting with you to plan out business goals and help you strategize your growth. Highly recommend!

The integration to my Shopify store has worked perfectly so far. Paid orders automatically get fulfilled without be needing to do anything -what more could you ask! I'm subscribed to the plus service as this let's me expand print materials without needing to create new products each time -a big time saver. My only complaint at this point would be the image quality of the Gelato mock ups - at any kind of zoom they are blurry and that's not good if you are selling artwork as customers think the quality isn't good. So I'm using Photoshop still to create my product images and mock ups.

We are only using Gelato and so far we're very happy with it! The integration with Shopify is just great and every process is very quick to get your product live to the store. They have also an amazing customer service support. A minor improvement could be the template design for mugs (could be nicer). It also has a premium feature, so you can't get everything for free.

Once I worked out how to use the app it becomes very easy. Gelato takes care of all the printing and shipping a fantastic service and the integration with my Shopify store make life much simpler.

After months of use Gelato's app software doesn't work and the customer service has no answers, always. Every facet of Ecommerce has failed with Gelato from start to finish, payment, print quality, inventory accuracy and logistics. Over 10 customer complaints for print quality. They refuse to do reprints forcing you to refund orders. Their frames are not synced with inventory across Europe. Unprofessional, unorganized and unreliable. Its torturous interference partnering with Gelato.

Great company to work with, dispatched my last personalized order within 2 days. Very impressed. Can not wait for them to add more products to their already great collection.

I’m new to the Gelato app, and their service. However they have a seamless integration system, their product quality is bang on with the quality I sell in our Brick and Mortar stores and their customer service is amazing!

Good quality products, worldwide delivery and relatively fast customer service. However the order platform is somewhat buggy and prices for product tend to be increased with short notice (or even no notice).

The integration with Shopify works impeccably. Things that I would change: - If you published a product with shipping included, you cannot change the option later - for the personalize design the image resizing tool behaves weird. Over all, I'm pretty happy with it by now.

I've tried a few POD and Gelato has been my preferred for a number of reasons. The app integrates well with my sales channels so that orders are automatically fulfilled. The customer service from Gelato is pretty incredible, I get responses to all inquiries very quickly and have a resolution in time to responds to my customers so that they aren't waiting either. Highly recommend Gelato for your POD integration with Shopify!

Love the services and that I can print my posters locally in so many countries around the world, which makes my work so much easier! :)

Fine-tuned app with great customer support. Recommended. If I can suggest something, that would be a bit more diversity in papers and frames.

A decent design process, native customer-side personalisation capabilities, transparent fulfilment communication. Integration with Adobe CC, plus having an inbuilt brand suite and image library would be a bonus

I ordered ten t-shirts for quality testing before selling (Gildan 64000). Both the quality of the t-shirt AND the print are unbelievably good. The black t-shirt has a very dark shade, and the white print on top is a very bright white. Perfect contrast.

Gelato is a game changer! I switched from Printify to Gelato and it was the best decision I could have made. During holiday season, posters were almost always printed and shipped in 2 days or less. Their semi-gloss posters are of fantastic quality, really bright vibrant colors. They also have phenomenal customer support - a customer recently received an order and accidentally tore the poster upon opening it, and they sent a full refund so I could reorder. I am currently setting up with API, it is a very pain free process compared to Printify. Thank you Gelato!

Gelato is the fastest and highest quality print partner for art prints I've found. We had some initial issues with API connectivity and Gelato's support team worked hard to resolve them in time for launch. Very happy thus far!
