I think the app in general is very good. I would suggest more improvements on features regarding manual translations using the dashboard. Customer support is excellent. Ella was great, kind and very responsive.

The app installation was one of the easiest in Shopify's marketplace store! I did have an original issue, after adding the dns to google. the subdomains was not secure obviously. Contacted support and Ella took care of everything for me. Turned out refreshing after 60 seconds was a little to fast!. haha. Ella was great! Thank you.

Pour gratuit vous avez une appli qui vous traduit votre boutique super facilement et pour + 8€/mois vous permet de vous ranker sur des mot-clés dans d'autres langues. Le seul bémol c'est la traduction mais cela reste correcte.

I spent too much brain power looking for a solution to having language options for my site. I had thought of using an app but the ones I came across that had good reviews strangely said that translation was not part of the process. My other concern was having the navigation buttons and cart rigmarole also translated. The apps I investigated did not take care of this. I got a good feeling for this one and liked the reviews pointing towards good customer support so I thought if sh*t hits the fan at least I can communicate with someone to resolve or bail out in a safe manner if it does not work. This app worked...and worked beyond my expectations. I did have an issue setting it up and I went straight to chat support easily accessible from within the shopify site admin and Ripa came along and fixed it all up. Access to coding was requested which I had no issue accepting and I was glad I did. I went away and came back to see it had been set-up for me. And here is the cherry on top..the translation for every single nook and cranny was done. How well the translation is I would not know yet, but at least its there for a native speaker to check and correct and this makes their job a lot easier than starting from scratch. Is every nook and cranny covered? well it sure seems like it and maybe I'll come across parts that are not, but that will not be an issue for me because the majority core of it all seems to be covered. I honestly did not expect as much from this app and I am extremely happy with how it has all turned out, and the support is the real winner because it gives confidence. Installing apps generally makes me nervous. A massive thanks to Ripa who diagnosed the problem I was having very quickly and solved and set-up purezees.ie in Italian for me. It looks great :-) Follow up day after: had an issue with non connection. Got in touch with Ella at customer support who sorted it out quickly.

An automatic translator is not the best, but if you select the words well, you can get an acceptable translation in different languages. But for a free version, it's a good solution.
