Customer support is very fast and handy. Sergey and Ella really tried their best to make sure the app integrated quickly on our website. We had some issues with the integration and all was solved in a quick "no questions asked" manner. Thank you.

Let me tell you one thing, "Close your eyes and get this app". Starting from features, to pricing and then to customer services, these guys are just the best. I had one customization in mind so I buzzed them over chat, the operator's name was "Susie", You will not believe but she actually spent like an hour and rectified all the changes that I needed in the plugin. With team members like Susie, this company is no doubt the best in their sector. I wish them all the luck and will highly recommend their plugin to anyone who is in search of a translator plugin. This application allows the translation of the app from A to Z. The pricing plan is worth it for all that it the app does and definitely the support that comes with it. Tigran and Susie made changes to my website in record time and took the time to explain how to do everything needed myself later to have it website translated beautifully in french and in english. Amazing customer support and tool.

Overall, it's a good app and fixes a problem but there's room for improvement. For example, they need to improve the widget. Spanish flag is not correct. There's dozens of countries that speak spanish, they should include the option to be able to choose that flag.

I will give 5 star to customer service. They follow up to ensure you have the best experience with the app. Response is beyond questionable. That is also a 5 star
