They went above and beyond. Ripa was fantastic. She spent so much time fine-tuning everything. She even made sure all the pages were translated. So much attention to detail.

Amazing! Took us few days to look thru different translate apps, and all of them mostly "suck" and do not translate correctly or do not translate all of the words, but this app does it more precise, not 100% but 80% atleast and that is enough for now. Will be looking into the paid version to translate manually some words later if this works good for some time. +Support is great and responds fast. I was assisted By Lilit, she was kind and quickly helped with our setup. Thank you and best wishes!

App is translating a lot of stuff on website but unfortunately translation quality is on so poor level that I decided to disable app as in result it might send off too many customers. Obviously app allows you to change translation manually but it is not the point I would like to go to... to many translators you would need to hire and there is much better app in store which allows you only for manual translations

I have just downloaded the app. The team seems to be top . Ella was very reactive and made a nice configuration for me :) . Everything was not yet translated automatically. Hope it will be not too much...

Set-up support from Ella was simply fantastic and the requested alterations where done in minutes. Impressive customer support.

The APP does not translate the check out process which defeats the whole purpose. Very sad because everything else worked fine without complications.

Suzan was great helping me configure my store correctly, and avoiding translation of currencies' names!

Very kind and professional help from Miss Ripa. She helped us with all our wishes and more. Everything the client can want. Borya also helped us later on in the difficult task of changing the code to make it adaptable.

Does what it says it does but the quality of the translations are pretty poor. I hope they will optimize it a little better to get the best translations possible. The app is free but if you want to alter the translation errors you have to subscribe to a monthly subscription ofcourse...

6pm on Saturday. I sent a chat asking GTranslate to install the language switcher on my header menu. I got immediate and very helpful support from Ripa. Great job - thank you. Only 4 stars because the translation to Thai is not very good. Requires lots of overrides. But otherwise I'm very happy with the app.

The automatic translation is good. Easy to configure. The support team is reactive, and Susie helps me to integrate the widget in my website. And the price is good compared to other apps. It works nicely (I tryed 3 other apps before this one). It seems to be the best one. Note that for Zipifypages users can ask to the staff for a nice integration.

The app has very good pricing and features, but I would say what impressed me the most was the great customer service provided by Ripa, Borya and Ella. Helped me a lot with customizations!
