UPDATE: I see the paid version has increased its price. I still see bugs that bother me and I don't like that the price is up while the quality is still questionable. The app is the best value for money option to translate your store. It has its issues, but they are mostly technical I guess due to the fact that it's not so easy to integrate with the themes and the other apps. However, with the help of the great support (Borya, Sergey special thanks to you guys) you can have everything you need fixed.

This app was very useful to translate my webshop! Also, Borya helped me through the process of doing so and was very friendly. I tried several apps to translate, and this is the best one in my opinion.

I think this one is a must install app on shopify. GTranslate is an amazing company to deal with!! Their service is top notch. If something goes wrong,a REAL person helps you right away! If store owners ever want to improve their stores to multilingual Shopify store, this is the app you’re looking for. The help center is super efficient and fast to answer.I am just on the free version,had a question for support, Susie and Tigran gave outstanding service and support.They did all the necessary changes and coding for my store. Super impressed, considering I was in FREE plan! *for some apps it takes days and weeks till you can receive an answer. Probably one of Shopify's best apps, I would highly recommend this! Excellent app, Excellent support team. Can not recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic support from Ripa! We had an issue with the placement of the dropdown menu which was resolved quickly on both mobile and desktop versions of the website. Excellent.

I am just on the free version, but the staff and especially, Ella, have been wonderful. I had some issues with another app I have on our store and they helped us and answered us promptly everytime until the issue was resolved. They were more than willing to help us with everything we needed.

I got support from Lilit and she was AMAZING! Still is... She's been working with me alongside and helping me with everything! She basically solved all my language issues regarding my store on Shopify. Loved loved loved her!

The app is great and very smart, you can automatically translate your website in tons of languages: it's really rapid and intuitive. I also used the support which is very fast and Ella helped me a lot in doing some changes in my site. She was very patience and helpful

I really like GTRANSLATE. It does what it says it does. No need to waste time by translating all the website manually and waste $$$ for no reason. We have translated our website in several languages with ease. You can even modify the translation manually after the auto-translate, just in case. This is perfect. So, you can optimize and personnalized the SEO in each language (good for Google search in each country). They also use DNS records for best performance and best SEO for each country (where translated). Also, the support team is great. ELLA helped me to finalize the configuration and I am pretty happy with the result. Her help and the all support team was clear, quick and efficient. APPS highly recommended !

Great little app, We use it for quite a few of our bilingual customers, but have started using for our own website. Very feature rich app at a very reasonable price. Had a couple issues setting up the sub domains and Ella was a pleasure to deal with and sorted the issues very quick

Great customer service! We've been using the app on our website, and we were having some trouble with translations that we wanted to skip, but Lilit in the support team was a huge help and fixed the problem over chat while we were talking. Straight forward and easy to use interface to update translations if they aren't quite perfect with the automatic translations. Thanks again!
