I tried several translation apps and found this to be the best for function and usability. I have needed to use the support a few times and Sergey has always solved whatever I have asked for.

Really good customer service ! I tried to install it by myself. Did not work at all... Ripa from customer service, perfectly helped me. She knows her work, this company and she even helped me to change the localisation of this app on the mobile version ! I recommand this app (And Ripa :) )

We were running Langify for over a year and while it is a great solution for smaller stores able to enter manual translations for all their products, it is not a good solution for stores who want to offer more than a few languages or have a large number of products (more than 500 products) that need translation. If you have many SKUs and you want to offer more than 5 language you need a machine translation application. Today your choices are Gtranslate, Weglot, Bablic, and Panda. We tried them all and Gtranslate is by far the best "bang for the buck". No other solution even comes close to the features and value of Gtranslate. The only downside of Gtranslate is that they support a huge Wordpress and Joomla customer base which means they are not solely focused on Shopify, and as a result, their support can sometimes be very slow. However, once you work with their team, the quality of their developers is top notch and the final product is exceptional. If you want to move beyond manual translation apps like Langify and you need a top notch solution, Gtranslate is the clear choice. Mark Goetze motionrc.eu

Hi. Now were are very sattiesfyed with the app. It is complicated to setup translation, becource of the 3 different interfaces. Hope that would be in one in the future !!! Without you outstanding support, i have change to another soltion. But Sussie and other in Support were very fast a competend to help me, so everythink works well for now. A big thanks to them. Next step is to get it work beetween 2 differnet Shopify shops. The app is very good, you can do pretty much everything yourself and it's very easy to use, I've had just few issues when it comes to change the prices of the products, but Susie from customer support helped me and fixed the problem.

Works perfectly and easy to set up! Support chat was also very useful, We spoke to Ella, who was really helpful & fixed any issues quickly.

I've just installed the app and setting up the first translation on a custom domain proved to be a quite friendly process. Everything looks very professional and well organized, hopefully the quality of translations is on the same level. Lilit and Susie been amazing they help us a lot and did a great job on our website ! Now we are able to sell products all around the world with an accurate translation.
